Use this when necassary to help avoid suspicious camera movement in your replays. If you happen to leave this feature on and try to command any units it will automatically turn off, this is a safety feature so that you don't leave it on by accident.

Its stupid as hell =/ Whats even worse is theres 4 days until ladder lock, so this is the last chance to try and make a push for GM, but with tons of drophacks how the hell can you do it? I was planning on mass gaming this weekend to try for GM but I dont see the point now. I may try afew games tonight but the first sign of drophack I think im done til a patch comes out.
Least on Euro so far, I only encountered it once this week.. so EU seems better for now to play on.

I dont understand why they cant have something that detect accounts winning so many < 3 min games in a row (even set it at something really high like 20) and temp ban them and put the account under review...

This is really discouraging. Not just the drophack ruining the higher divisions, but also the discussion of so many other hacks that aren't as obvious that people use. Hopefully Blizz can get a handle on this, I feel so much less motivated to play ladder now.

Just got drop hacked by a guy named "woastMonstur" in diamond league. Guy said that hes been laggin all day, even though i am the one who gets dropped. Theres no way to get points back is there?

Yesterday i was fortunate enough to only run into people who had been drop/lag hacked. In plat =(. But boy were they amped to find out they could get a normal game while chatting in the first minute).
After i was done i took a break, went out, came back to incontrol streaming and as soon as he tried laddering he got the fake LiquidHuk twice in a row. And then there is this thread. I am too scared to ladder now. =((((

Wow, the camera lock thing just shocked me for a minute there. Definitely makes me questions some of my past games.

I don't understand why would they do such a thing, they can't play those leagues because they don't have the skills so what does it helps them to have a gm profile, if any of them try to play legit they will lose poorly, all they achieve is to roin the game experience for all of us t_t

It's actually really surprising that this seems like the first major cheat/hack since release. Blizzard has actually been really good about booting these guys. Sure, there's the occasional maphacker (I have no idea how that works) but it's few and far between, at least, I think. I guess you never know if you don't watch the replay.

because your fps goes to < 5 and your screen starts to skip. After a few minutes of that you start popping up on the drop screen until you drop.

I don't really care about the lag/drop hack. The new map hack scares me because Pros will have the urge to use it in tournament play. That camera lock feature is fucking scary.

Sometimes you start to drop and can see yourself dropping on the little "waiting for" screen. You can type back and forth with the opponent on that screen but eventually you will drop from the game.

I just got drophacked by a guy called "NowGtTheFkUp". He's got a diamond MMR and something like 20+ wins in the last hour.
I didn't realize this was so rampant :-/

Maphacks with camera lock have existed since release. It hasn't been a problem in competitive play so far, and it isn't going to be one in the future.

how can this ever end? the majority of people doing this are using guest accounts and they don't get banned until after their time limit is up anyway after causing anywhere between 30 and 400 drophacks. This wave banning policy is not working at all.
