Maybe I'm just complaining because I don't want to spend the extra initial money.

In some ways I feel that this increase in price is due to the FXO being there as well as Thorzain and naniwa playing, kind of milking the foreign scene lol? They're milking it by charging us less. THOSE BASTARDS.

Hey would you look at that, a dollar a day. before you were paying $1.25. the problem with this is you still only get 1 finals and 2 quarter finals for 25$ and before you got the same amount of finals and quarter finals for 5$. dollar per game value its better, but not all games are equal. overall id consider it worse. i probably wont be paying for this either even though ive paid for about 3/4 of the gsl events in the past. while i consider gsl the best tournament the other tournaments are catching up too much for a cost this high at this point.

Curently it's 7 GSL seasons + Super + 3(?) GSTLs = $155 plus whatever they charge for Korea vs World next year and Blizzard Cup. If they offered a whole-year subscription at $120 they'd probably get more revenue overall (from people not skipping purchases if they're busy) and it would really help to click once and then just enjoy the matches for a year. Remember this isn't paying for the prize pool, this is just paying for the existence of the English stream. The Korean VODs are free (with ads) I believe.

That would be a really cool idea, probably rope more people in because of the discounted prices and even reward the people who continue to follow them! with the addition of GSTL instead of paying two separate amounts I'd rather just pay like $15/month or something for GSTL and GSL and whatever other events occur.

Thorzain said he wouldn't be playing for F.United, maybe for some Korean team though.. He's going over there in any case, so should be fun! I don't mind paying for the GSL, and I still think the $ per game ratio is pretty good. However, they would be better served having an auto-renewed monthly subscription, much like that of the NFL, and other online sportsstreams. At the end of the day, no one is forcing anyone to buy these subscriptions, so if you do not like the prize of one tournament, watch it live or don't bother, or go watch a different one instead! There, I just solved the internet ![]()

NASL was only 25 bucks for the entire season, 5 days a week, no commercials. yea NASL where you have to pay again for the finals, duh :p I don't know if I'll be the GSTL ticket because I might have less time than during the year to catch up with everything so I'll just stick with the GSL one...
