If you have never seen the Korean fans cheering and using clapsticks while waving flags and cheerfuls in BW tourneys, you should not be qualified in calling them "lame".

Not very different to what you see in mlg..if you have good games, you'll get a good reaction.
And awesome work again fantasy! love these, sounds like they really enjoyed themselves.
Haha, many of the Koreans not used to staying up late to watch SC tournaments, unlike us super-fans in North America who have to put up with GSL's late hours.
i think day 9 had the best line of all "...and idra crushes through those marines, expect him to gg at any minute". hahahahahha! runner up would be the crowd booing tasteless after he made a lame pun in one of vibe's games (...i have a vibe that..." followed by a nice long BOOOOOO!). artosis was laughing so hard "i can't believe they booed you!" i almost died, LOL!
oh and im surprised that all the koreans seem to like the international competition that mlg has and criticizing the gsl for not being more like that. thx for the translating this was insightful and amusing.
if MLG was made to broadcast everywhere and easily, then it will easily outgrow GSL. just downloaded a few VODs and they're really impressive and entertaining.

Yeah Koreans really don't know how to get passionate over a sport.
Sick of the Asian stereotypes that is so pervasive in America.
MLG Seoul would be awesome. A full weekend with the best of the koreans and some foreigers thrown there, but it should have more and MLG feel than a GSL feel.
Problem with GSL is that is a bit elitist with the soup opera looking to scripted. Players cant talk during game, hardly any BM and mostly in interviews (except GSTL) while in MLG the reactions seems much more expontaneous

Hmmm something MLG should look into... hint hint. Isn't this their end goal though? Didn't they partner with IEM and GSL for that reason?
when korean viewers want naniwa and thorzain, then it's time for naniwa and thorzain to go! The korean fandom for these two is pretty epic. <3 Korean support for foreigners
