No, I'd rather spend those 10$ on purchasing a full gsl season which actually works. 10$ is too much imo if you compare it to gsl/NASL which give you far more value for the money.

Dallas pass has now become colombus pass. But buying future passes will be dependent heavily on what my experience is like and what the stream quality is like for the colombus stream.

Question: Last season, MLG had the horrid octoshape program. (sometimes it worked, sometimes it didnt. sometimes it errored, sometimes it froze.) they didn't have it this season for MLG Dallas but then again that was a disaster. I couldn't find any official statements about what they're doing about streaming for future events and I can see why they might go back to octoshape or something like that. Does anyone know if a third party client / software such as octoshape will be used again? Or if they are partnering up with a streaming website like justintv?

if third party programs are going to be necessary, most likely won't be buying a pass ever.

I highly doubt that I will buy since I am not convinced after MLG dallas. Maybe if you get it working properly I will buy it for the next MLG, if not then I will not purchase anything and I will have to settle with free streams with lower quality and no interruptions than paid, good quality and interrupted.

No to much free out there. Plus I'm poor college student lowes part time worker so I can only afford to pay for GSL and may stop that too if game play does not improve dramatically.

Didn't answer because it depends. Before the 2 streams, Tastosis announcement, and exchange program it was a definite no, but now I'm going to wait a couple hours and see if there's a problem with the HD passes since MLG tends to have problems. If the don't then I'll probably buy one.

I will be buying, i bought some of the other MLG events and enjoyed watching them also i never watched the last Dallas MLG because my internet was cut of but i heard about the problems

I've never even considered it worthwhile to get on for any of the previous MLGs, but with all the current things on the slate I'm thinking I may get one Saturday if the stream is stable on Friday.

Though I'd really prefer an MLG San Francisco and I'll gladly pay entrance fee :o

I had one for Dallas, and I'm pleased that I get one for free this event.

I'm cool with it. Looking forvard to this event and hope that they've fixed any technical problems they had last time.

Well they cost as much as 1 gsl season and for last mlg even before the problems the high quality didn't appear high enough quality to purchase. Maybe if it was 5 bucks like a gstl season or if they had a season ticket for half price all year long i'd consider. I must say though, they have taken steps to make the whole tournament more appealing.

Im afraid that I wont be buying a HD pass just cuz of how aweful the timezones are. Its very hard to watch everything form Sweden without totally messing up my sleep schedule.

I might buy one and not watch though, if they do what the promise I feel like it would be nice to give them some reward for the effort :-)

I wont buy it because for 10 dollars I get one GSL or half a NASL so for me it's to expensive. If it would be lower I might consider it - always depends on my evening plans for that weekend since it's normally at a time where i might not be at home (friday/saturday evening/night)
