Demuslim is very good actually. You should watch him on esl.tv on thursdays or the VODs linked in the "welcome back" thread.

Hopefully these guys find teams, shame it didn't work out

EGPainUser or ROOTPainUser
They need another Terran!

In my personal opinion having money makes managing a team so much easier because it obviously does. You can recruit pretty much anyone you want when you want. Also you get allot more attention than other teams who don't have money. Sponsors are such a big part of "pro teams". If you're not sponsored you have to go for loyalty which in itself is very important and very hard to find. This guy has money thus could've recruited pretty much anyone and he wanted and he did. He didn't want to take the time to actually get competitive and manage his team yet he was willing to spend money.

Zelniq will probs be picked up by sj, artosis likes him. Painuser I think will go to FXO or EG and Inka I'd imagine will maybe go to FXO. Just my 2 cents.
|
Yeah it's extremely unfortunate it didn't work out. Best of luck to all the players!

I'm sad for LG, being a part of a team like that and having it disband would just suck.
I do hope they find good homes as players, I think that EG and ROOT will be all over this, it'd be cool having Inka and PainUser going to EG.

I hadn't actually thought about it from that perspective, I think that's a somewhat legitimate thing.
Then you have to ask yourself, what kind of infrastructure did Lazarus provide to improve their players? What kind of coaching, practice or training regime did they have? What kind of incentives did players have to win, and what were the consequences if they underperformed? Who was scouting for new players? What was the team doing for the players, and vice versa?
Teams are meant to actively improve performance; and not just become a random assembly of players.

Sad to see this happen but EGPainUser? YES!!! :D

Ah thats a shame ! Ah well, I'm sure all the guys will get picked up!

I obviously have no information on how LG worked, but that is a very valid and important thing to keep in mind when teambuilding.
Though, I am sure they practiced together a lot online - and the ability to have a group of practice partners who are reliable is pretty useful. Probably nothing like the ROOT gaming house or the soon to be FXO house, but FXO is a bit of an overperformer.

I could've sworn after that MLG debut someone posted some proof that he never made any money from an iphone app and basically lied to make himself look cool and is simply a part of a rich jewish family. Noah posted in that thread himself, but acted really suspicious.
All in all I'm not surprised that this didn't last to be honest.

Funny, actually HD dose not play that bad

a link and the former roster of the team would be nice to be included in the OP
|
The problem is that none of these players would strengthen the top teams so I`m even sceptical if someone like Painuser will be able to contnue his progaming carreer as the smaller teams won`t be able to pay enough salary.
