Things are getting better, I don't know about VOD's since I am not a paying member but my biggest annoyances right now are as follows:
1. Mouse clicking noise should not be there.
2. Breathing noise needs to go as well.
3. Less "whelp the game is over sorry I don't know how to make it exciting/interesting." Just because a basketball game (or any other sport) is a blowout doesn't mean the casters get to throw up their hands and go "well I don't know why they are still playing its impossible to come back with the time remaining." "Thats right Joe this game ended in the first half lolololol"

i've wavering between getting the hd pass or not...
it's not like i can't afford it, but i just don't know what the quality is...
not the money, but would make me incomparably mad if the quality turns out to be $#@!

anyway i can get a sample? and know which games would be covered and by whom?

actually screw commentators, if i can buy the replay pack i would be happy... all that noise made by a guy trying to be funny is...it's just that's it, i had enough!

Hope you don't run into any problems with your account. Because their customer service is non-existent. I've e-mailed them several times about my account issues and I never got a response. I regret purchasing a pass and I will not purchase another pass next season because of their customer service.

At the start of NASL, I felt it was absolutely horrible. I'm extremely frustrated that they only offer a max quality VOD subscription and don't offer vods in lower quality. I for sure wont get another subscription because of this until its changed. I'm sure I'm not the only person whose internet doesn't jive very well with justin.tv and I can't be the only person with the problem that buffering takes FOREVER and I simply don't have the time to buffer for so long and then watch the video.

With that said, I've been lucky enough to watch the live stream most of the time. I still haven't gotten the chance to watch some of the players that I really want to watch because I can't get anyone to stream themselves watching them since they say the games sucked. :/

You guys have for sure improved a TON. I'm still not sold on incontrol/gretorp as casters. I remember hearing gretorp was the person controlling the camera, so if I am mistaken ignore the next comment. I think it would be worth a shot to give control of the camera over to incontrol and have him be more of the play-by-play.

overall: damn you guys for your horrible vods. Improving constantly tho so thats good at least.

edit: and yeah the guy above me speaks the truth... not the greatest with there service to be perfectly honest.

I'd like to say that I've grown very fond of Gretop+Incontrol as a duo. I'm allergic to noise and sudden volume shifts, and therefore like the fact that they're mostly cool and analytic as opposed to the constant play-by-play shouting that most other casters lean towards. Also love the constant joke-pulling between em, though Gretorp should be a bit tougher and stand up more to Incontrol!

I bought the pass and it's working fine for me.
The livestream from USA is at 2AM in portugal so in the morning i go to www.justin.tv and the vods are there so i just start seeing it and it's buffering while i see it. It was nice that they started splitting the show in some parts because it's way faster now. But it works out like day9 show or SOTG

Incontrol and Gretorp are improving and i like the use of guests and now idra on the show.

I think you could zoom out a little bit on the caster tho, they just use up all the space in the screen and it doesn't look that good since and they even had difficulties showing a T-shirt & sweater they were about to give away for the fans.

Please add more statistics, i would like to see for instance a form thingy like LWWL etc.. and for instance average game time (to see the cheesers/all inners from the more macro oriented players), more used units, etc..

I like the iviews alot also.

I think Gretorp is a *much* better caster when one of the guest casters is there with him. He and Incontrol are getting better, but it just seems like they're trying too hard sometimes.

I would like it if the VODS were edited better, so that all of the matches for each best of three could be viewed. Mana vs sen and idra vs pain user where both cut short in the vods. I have wathced other matches with the same problem. I want to see all of the matches in a best of three, and all the way until, at the very least, one player ggs out.

Also, the schedule is the easiest way to find the VOds you are looking for. Remove the spoiler from the schedule.

Idra is a good guest caster but he needs someone to balance him out. Gretorp seems to agree with everything that Idra says. I think Inc and Idra would possibly make a good team, or just anyone who can call Idra out when he's being biased. Also, either remove the chat in Justin.tv or get rid of the ban happy moderators. People are prema-banned for arbitrary reasons, discussion in streams is mostly useless anyways, this makes it completely useless.

During the day when no live matches are being streamed I would love to see a game analysis similar to what Day[9] does on the dailies. I think IdrA or Day[9] himself would do a great job at this. I think it would be a nice, slower paced segment to analyze some of the better games of the previous night.
