It didn't take long for HuK to actually start wrestling with Nazgul, which you can see parts of here:
After that, HuK and TLO kept joking like they were going to wrestle next, because they had to play against each other in the tournament the following morning for elimination. Well, I was a little slow on the record button, but I did manage to snag the end of that battle:
The slow-motion laughing is my favorite part. Maybe TLAF-Liquid`Tyler still has the video he shot, too?
I wasn't going to post these ever, but HuK mentioned them in an interview with Hot_Bid at MLG Dallas 2011, and he told me to post them. Sorry Nazgul and TLO! You'll have to fight harder next time in the Team Liquid Fight Club.

lmao seemed like they enjoyed having the whole team at the same tourney so much Must be pretty awesome, finally being able to meet everyone you spend so much time with/around/watching at the same time.
Huk vs IDra, man what about masq vs idra. I can just see Idra towering over a defeated Masq and whispering "that's what you get for picking terran", Then like a manner baller extending his arm to lift up an embarrassed Masq and getting manner lift denied.

First one looked like a draw but it was semi-obvious that Naz was in control for the majority of it. He just didn't really take advantage of it... Leads me to believe that if it went 5 rounds, Naz would win.

Also I actually thought that when this was mentioned in the interviews because of the different answers and TLO taking time to say it was in the hall not a hotel room that it was all made up and Hot_Bid was just trolling more
LOL just saw Nazgul using my post to tell HuK it was a draw so I feel I need to elaborate on my ruling of the tie. It is obvious in the beginning of the video that HuK has a slight advantage and actually gets Nazgul off his feet. However, Nazgul doesn't even lose balance because of it and after they're around the corner Nazgul is pretty much keeping HuK at bay and not even trying to get him off his feet.
After reviewing the Huk vs Nazgul, you can see at 0.03 - 0.04 that nazgul is indeed of the ground and that huk coula just thrown him into a deadly head first to the ground.

What we see here is huk going for a scoop lift opening, and after doing some decent, damage he pulls back. Both players attempt to hide their mid-game plan by hiding around a corner, with Nazgul transitioning a little better, landing a quick and decisive blow to Huk's economy-err legs.
how did people get the idea taht Huk won based on this vid? Nazgul was fighting him like i "fight" my 10 years younger cousin. Maybe off-camera Huk pulled some magic, but seriously, Naz is not even seriuos about it there
It's hard to tell how hard Nazgul is trying -- he does look bigger, but maybe he doesn't know how to leverage and manuever his body like Huk does? And Huk did have both his legs off the ground at the 0:04 mark, so he basically could've taken him down at any given moment... so that's a Huk win in my eyes :D
with all the hype, i was expecting to see nazgul throw down huk, then an amazing comeback, a tooth being lost somewhere, a busted nose, all in the sound of epic cheers from the attending nerds

No offense to HuK (I love the little nerd baller) but iNcontroL would crush him. Have you ever seen him? He is huge, and I don't mean fat. I would bet that HuK weighs less than one of iNcontroL's arms. I can tell in that first vid that he knows how to handle a bigger opponent but I think everyone has their limits. It would be like putting GSP in the octagon against Lesner.
Now HuK v idrA would be an awesome fight to watch. I fully support that epic battle.
This is truly epic! Thanks for the videos! Now I understand why it's hard to tell who "won" the fight. It makes sense why there is different versions of the winner. I'd give it up to Huk though. I originally might have thought that Haypro's description of the fight might have been accurate, but after the video I disagree! Lol, the TLO lift what pretty hilarious.
The primary difference between freestyle and Greco-Roman styles(in which legs arent allowed to be used ot grabbed) of wrestling is that the legs are a primary weapon and target in freestyle. Wrestlers try to set up opponents for an attack on the legs, which is the best way to knock them off balance and take them down. One of the basic strategies of freestyle wrestling is to fake one's opponent out of a protected position.
In short...if HuK was trying and it wasn't just buddies wrestling he could of put him on the ground and even though nazgul is bigger doesn't mean anything(unless he was maybe like Brock Lesner 's size, which he is clearly not. If you know how to put somebody off balance quickly and use there weight againtsn them, then the ground isnt like a wresting mat and will probably knock the wind out of you. People have no fucking idea on this forum there just 14 and still cry when there mommy gets mad at them.

Na, he's actually not too scrawny. He might've been scrawny in the past, but from the MLG pics and interviews you can see he's got some meat on his bro-ceps now. He also has bigger traps than pics from the past suggest. Dude's been broing it up at the gym like a total chief. lol this is great for 2 reasons. The first is that it's hysterical. Can;t really even explain why, but it is.
The second is that they seem like such great friends. It's nice to see how close they are and how comfortable they are with each other, despite very different backgrounds and being forced to compete against each other often.

Neither of these fights say much about who would win if it were a real wrestling match, not that that matters (although from the looks of them, Nazgul would beat Huk and Huk would beat TLO).

Although oGsSuperNova just gave his vote to IdrA.. I'm gonna go ahead and say HuK. I feel like IdrA would wrestle like he plays Sc2 and just refuse to attack HuK and instead do the fighting equivalent of making drones and refuse to react to what HuK is doing.
I don't think IdrA vs HuK would even be close. A lot of people don't know this but HuK went through a totally gangster phase when he lived in Florida, while I picture IdrA as kinda like the kid that got beat up in highschool.
Thats not to say that IdrA isn't awesome at Starcraft, cause he's definitely one of the best, but...

Someone should host a Starcraft 2 wrestling tournament similar to Chess Boxing. Play a round of Stracraft, play a round of wrestling, play a round of Starcraft, play a round of wrestling etc. First one to win either the Bo3/5/... in Starcraft or the BO3/5/... in wrestling wins.
How can the smallest guy win. I was growing up believing the notion the bigger guy wins and the smallest one sits in the corner with a face full of dirt!
