I wish TV was only $25 per month here. It's more than double with less content and missing most American shows.

Not being a frequent movie watcher myself, and being a starcraft 2 enthusiast, I'd be willing to wager lots of TL/SC2 people would say $25 for NASL >>>>> $25 Netflix. Good argument.

yea, the low bandwidth mode for Canadian Netflix is pretty sad. if there really are that many people that would rather watch Code A level players over shows like Breaking Bad and Mad Men, then i really underestimate the level of obsession of the SC2 community.

Doesn't the NASL last for 2 months, not 3? I just looked at the big event tracker and it says that the NASL will be running from April 12 to June 11th, which would be ~60 days. GSL May, however, runs from April 18th to May 14th, which would be ~30 days.
I don't want to use up $25 on a tournament that prides itself on running 3x the amount of time that the GSL does, while in reality, it's 2x.
If they feel like saying that the NASL runs for 3 months because they're different months, people arguing against paying for the NASL should say that the GSL is running for 2 months.

Oh my God let's complain about misinformation and refuse to buy something that is good for esports because they said 3 instead of 2.

Are you kidding? 33% less content than advertised is a pretty big deal. If jumping off a cliff was "good for esports" would you do it?
People aren't buying NASL passes because they want esports to be successful, they are buying them for the content. As such the 3 - 2 distinction isn't trivial.

If you didn't know, a month is a long time. A lot of content can be produced in a month.

Question:
Is this really a "subscription" like it said in an email after I purchased a pass for this season? It said your subscription will be automatically renewed or something.
I really don't want them to automatically bill my credit card later. I mean I'm all for supporting E-Sports, but this just seems extremely shady if they do that, when this thread advertises it as a "pass" which implies it's a one-time purchase for this season.

obviously who would be dumb enough to try to save 25$ to watch commercials and shit :D

I just picked mine up, but I noticed it says $25 under my Credits page. Is the presale over? Not a big deal either way as I will happily pay $25, but I also don't want to just throw away $5.
Anyone else bought today/recently?

The Division play is nine week long. After division play, there's also playoffs, open tournament, and the live grand final lan.
Three months, not two.

What if I just want to see some of the events live?! It's going to be hosted in LA, right? Do I still buy this season pass or pay at the door for each event? Anyone knows?
