Dont see why so much fussing is going on 25 for 3 months nasl or 0 for nongsl/nasl casts which is def 1000x more games. dont see why so much discussion is going on. / i dont agree with this statement. and i see the value of high quality games and production. but you just cant reduce it like that to such a limited POV. I think I'll get it at least the first season to see what it's all about.

- no test stream or bandwith check for HQ (how can I even know if it is worth to run the 1080p stream they are trying to sell?). - when entering the presale code, it doesnt actually update the value from 25USD from 20USD before or during confirmation. - no confirmation e-mail was sent from purchase, nor was it given another sort of detailed receipt. - after confirmation, I got a link saying "back to NASL but now with more awesome" and is redirected to a standard justin.tv channel stream with a frozen screen. No schedule, no features, no anything yet. Awkward. Obviously, all of those are easily fixable and somewhat minor, but it does look bad to a new business (with no reputation) to appear unprofessional when charging money or advertising.

There is zero percent chance I will pay $25 for this, even tho I started paying for GSL. It sucks because I won't be able to watch them live ![]()

I think the weakness in their pricing and product offering is that they're following the GSL model a little too closely. There's an American audience for Korean vods, but not necessarily an international audience for American VODs. One of the primary reasons why people in North America subscribed to the GSL, even though they have a free stream, was the massive time difference. So it's not a matter of 'is it worth it?' but more a matter of 'will enough people pay?' Now that I think of it, the NASL should have allowed more European players because they're the audience that suffers from the time difference between America the most, and have the most incentive to subscribe.

I can totally understand people having apprehension though. If you are already paying $10 a month for GSL to bump up your monthly SC2 expense by a bit more than $8($25/3 months) a month, paying $18+ a month on SC2 VODs might be an unreasonable thing for you to do(I know I am questioning it myself). So I can totally see it coming down to NASL or GSL for people, and GSL has a history to judge and a favorable one at that especially most recently.
