Wow, good protosses come cheap in this league. I actually had trouble spending all of my points since there were so many good 50/100 pointers.

I had a tough time witht his. I figured I could either pick all the good and cheap protosses or i could have some fun with it. I tried to pick players that would produce multiple wins and can handle winning several games, especially in division play.

I decided to look through the division and then the next lowest bracket, but I tried to stay away from anyone that would be playing overseas. Especially with the play we saw from the Koreans in the TSL3, I would be doubtful they would be ready to play with the lag. After that I brought out the trusty old notepad and ranked them, then decided on the top 2 of each division, and then 2 from each group that would make it into the 11-30 spots.

But to leave out White-Ra would be an e-sports sin so I had to include the man:

MC is a tricky choice in this. hes absolutely worth the 500 on lan for his 95% win rate in z/p but its hard to say if hell be worth 500 playing across an ocean. half of his games are either a 1 or 2 base all in and extremely micro dependant.

if he can get to the lan part of the tournament im sure hell be the overall winner.

I think for the future, if it's too late to get one now, there needs to be some kind of a market system, where players' value goes up as more people pick them, because right now it just seems like the valuations are just someone's subjective estimations of players' worth. Or alternatively, a player's value could be based on their ELO, with some adjustment factor between Korean and International ELO.

That said, this looks fun and I'll definitely be playing.

I picked my team but I'm unable to make a group. I don't see any group menu or create group on the left side. Is it disabled right now?

Wow, I just saw this and I'm quite impressed.

Very well done Primadog, I might have to reconsider some of my own picks.

If you are want to play with friends you can make a group and join it together. This makes it easy to compare your teams and compete!

I'd like to know this as well. I simply cannot find the "create group" button.

Edit: Nevermind I'm just dumb.

Probably terrible, I because I picked players because I like them, not because I thought they were the best in the tournament. I don't think it's too bad though. All 1500 points used, and most of my players came pretty cheap. The good zergs were expensive though. MorroW and IdrA cost me, but they're both so good that I couldn't resist. Nani was pretty cheap though, only 100 points, if I remember correctly.

I'm a bit overloaded on Protoss, but that's mostly because so many good protoss are underpriced as hell.
