and now your willing to start all over? I highly doubt it, one you get to masters you never wanna go back This would just cause trolls to lurk around the entire game without facing any consequences... leaving custom games... alot of exploits.. etc | ||

In the current system that means I either have to lose my way down to the appropriate level, wrecking my actual competative ranking. Or, I could buy and register another copy of the game (not happening). Meaning, if I actually lose interest in playing protoss, I'm just going to stop playing altogether. Bad system for everyone. | ||

Having one extra character can only bring good. People want to be able to play as an off race and not ruin their mmr trying to learn it. It's not like just because you have an extra account you are going to log onto it and troll everyone you see. Even if that is the case, what of it? There are trolls in every game, more options for players who actually want it won't change that fact one way or another. And as for the statement "trolls will lurk around without facing any consequences", for one blizzard would see the two accounts as one, so if you get banned on one i'm sure you would be banned on the other. So if you see someone trolling or being a dick, report them. Problem solved, and the people who want an extra account are happy. More options = good. But Blizzard seems to only look at the very few negatives that may exist. | ||

The reason a lot of people want multiple accounts is so that they can try new builds, play off races, and practice various matchups without tanking their ladder account. In bw you could have as many accounts as you wanted, and that was great. The only reason this system wasn't carried over is to force people to buy additional copies of SC2 just for additional practice accounts - and this is ridiculous money grabbing from Activision Blizzard. This (along with no lan and no cross region play) are the three biggest problems with SC2 right now IMO. I hope to god they will fix all of them, starting with this one. | ||
