Good old Idra would have made a great mech player I think. He didn't play that much mech in sc:bw, did he?

Definitely the case for a lot of mech terrans (myself included). I think it's because the tech required is so diverse, you have to play a lot of sim city, plan out your engagements, and plan around late game... so when you lose to someone doing something standard or some kind of 2 base agro it's super frustrating. Arguably, everyone has to take these considerations in to account when they play their build so the rage isn't truly justified.

I never understood how that can work... When the other guy leave, you get the pop-up, and you press "leave". You never manually leave a game you won unless you first press "continue playing" which I'd think is very rare. WHen trying this trick, you don't get the pop-up, and you hope that people think that they go the pop-up and pressed "continue playing" but just don't remember? >_> I mean... How can it work? At most it can cause some confusion. :/

I don't think it can work since they introduced the victory screen but before that I tricked 2 opponents into leaving 
I think there was also a pop-up before but it was less visible than the current victory screen so some players didn't notice there was something missing.

I think it mainly worked with lower league players who hadn't played a lot and wasn't so accustomed to the UI. Sort of like the old Terran floating CC trick.
