I started the post mentioning that it was a little weak, but any time a player says that a player that beat them 'isn't good' it makes me smile.

i don't 'offensive gg' i don't 'manner nex/pylon' i don't try to perform any kind of 'ritual' i start my game with a glhf and a ♥ because i appreciate the community dispite some of the annoying people who've found their way into it, and i finish every game with an acknowledgement of the skill of my opponent, 'gg.' if anyone has ever taken my post-game 'gg' as offensive, they've never directly said so, moreover, i'm a low ranked player i play in silver league, many of the players there are either unfamiliar with the terms glhf and gg, or gg and immediately leave, which leaves the chat box as my only option for returning the sentiment, i'm always going to gg post game, because it's the polite thing to do.
you people seem to be jumping to the conclusion that everyone who plays this game is BM when in fact we have a largely kind community going here. i find it disappointing that four people seem to think that my attempting to unhold etiquette is somehow being done sarcastically, especially considering how it's sometimes increadibly hard to offer a, good game, to my opponent, after getting some manner of 'cheese' or 'all-in' thrown my way, but i always do it, because it's the way i would like my opponents to behave.
win with class, lose with dignity, i didn't pick a fight in this situation, i tried to acknowledge my opponents skill, and he rejected my courtesy and spit it back in my face.
