i think it's worth it though. i have great internet, and i'm considering getting a korean version of the game because i hate the stupid play that plagues the american servers. i'd probably only be in gold league there, but that'd still be far more enjoyable than diamond here. | ||

I was curious about this issue, so I searched and found a news article about the recently established way of applying "I-PIN" (which can be used instead of KSSN in kr.battle.net) even with a short term visa. But I can't find the exact procedure yet. (Maybe the article is wrong?) It still requires visiting South Korea but much easier than getting a serious visa. | ||
