This is a great strat. 100% <3 This is going in my list of 'cheese strats to do against each of my RL friends just once'. :D

I believe hatcheries also spawn more broodlings than evo chambers when they die and as a bonus will be spawning larvae for you directly in his base. Btw, awesome strat, I definitely lol'd at how he raged out before leaving. Hmm.. I've seen the hidden proxy hatch in main strat. But never considered deliberetly visible Proxy hatch in main before haha. Would be a bitch to wall off too.

The T could just wall off at the bottom of the ramp...

good god, this is the most brilliant thing i've seen in sc2 yet

I actually considered doing something like this, but when I did test runs, it never timed out right or worked so I scrapped the idea. This terran is just bad enough for it to work though.

Still have to worry about the broodlings. And it is easier to get a concave on the buildings, which makes it a helluva lot harder to repair through.

How would you stop it though? I don't think it would be possible to get a wall at the bottom of the ramp since lings would prevent it and it would be impossible to wall around the whole evo chamber. As soon as the evo chamber dies the lings run into mineral line and its over. Its like a baneling bust, but much cheaper.
I don't want to call it OP before I see it, but it seems hard to deal with. Perhaps bunkering up the mineral line? But then you get supply blocked and have to lift rax.
Its all theorycrafting right now, but it seems very viable and hard to deal with.

I had just played this guy before i found this thread lol, went right back on sc2 and messaged him about it i expect a reply shortly.

Just throw down 2 bunkers at bottom of your ramp, wait for evo chambers to die, finish wall off, salvage bunkers, win since he is very far behind in eco. But hella funny proxy!
Kinda reminds me when I put a bunker in enemy Terrans wall off! Was only helping him

lol T prob was like "......?????"

lol this was posted earlier, but its still super awesome.

something to bash ur friends with though! that joker douche was in diamond.

This only worked because Joker was terrible to begin with. Watch the bit at the very end of the video, haha.

Even if this can't become a viable cheese, this is a brilliant form of experimentation, and the kind of thing that drives the Starcraft community. Bravo. Can't wait to see this tinkered with and used more.

My god that's clever.
I've been saying for a long time that Overlords should be able to puke creep by default; no lair required. I think it could do alot for Zerg cheese....

this is totally useless yet fairly amusing (just have no units nearby when evo chamber's about to die)
