SOTG is like a P/Z/EG Frat house. They make their money off their personalities, not off their play. None of them have done anything of relevance in at least a year.

The real story is Incontrol wanting to bring Avilo up when they really should not done it. I could tell that incontrol wanted to see the drama between Avilo and Idra with their bad history. Incontrol was basically acting as the instigator of the clusterfuck that happened between Avilo and Idra. Pretty disappointed overall on this episode of SotG.Hope they know their mistakes this time and corrected it(JP,Incontrol). Maybe Incontrol got tired of all the shitty comments about how the hosts are pussying out on bringing on Avilo and gave the community exactly what they asked for.

To be honest incontrol was the one who handled this the worst. Idra said that he didn't want to talk to him, but incontrol kept pushing the issue with the intention of creating drama. Incontrol also shit talks avilo every SOTG and obviously has a problem with him. Its kind of pathetic of JP to invite avilo on when he knew that it wasnt going to turn out well. Also, avilo trys to address why incontrol talks shit every episode about him and incontrol does such a fucking child move and is like "THATS NOT WHAT WERE TALKING ABOUT RIGHT NOW SO APPRECIATE THIS CHANCE THAT WERE GIVING YOU." What a fucking bitch. Talks shit to the guy and won't even back it up when the guy confronts him. Fucking child.

Not really sure what people are crying about.
Lol exactly this. I just watched it, JP should have said a few words before cutting avilo though. Like "Ok, thanks for coming Avilo, I'm gonna have to cut the call here, it didn't work out well in the end" and cut. Avilo wasn't irreproachable, he interrupted IdrA several times (as did IdrA), put words into IdrA's mouth (the "As you said" while IdrA obviously didn't say that). IdrA wasn't either, started swearing and insulting a bit out of nowhere... But...that's it guys...No need to contact sponsors or some shit...a pretty awkward exchange in the history of SotG, but nothing harmful at all... On the other hand, the discussion between IdrA and qxc was very interesting, and it was obvious anyway that from there Avilo didn't have anything to add.
Yeah, with this. Drama not so big.
Avilio made qxc's points with less eloquence and not as well thought out or considered, which considering he heard qxc make them earlier, it seemed pretty bad. He came on to start a fight and 'call out' state of the game, as was obvious at the start when he started talking to incontrol instead of dicussing the state of TvZ.
The complaint that 'Terran have to all in and I dont' want to' is a whinge. nothing more. If the correct response to 6 queen build is to just all in that shit and win, then that's what you do. watch how fast the meta-game shifts.
If there is a terran all in with a high win percentage vs the 6 queen build, stop being precious and go win games.

Not sure why anyone even cares, Idra bm'd someone and jp facilitated, this is not new and I like being part of the sc2 community less and less with each retarded drama incident. Go play a god damn ladder match and try to remember why you come here.

Idra did tell that he didn't want him on yet JP invited him. Obviously Idra will react as he did, but Avilo isn't innocent either, he didn't try to make it better, he only made it worse. But on the other hand, this community is overreacting, same thing as when someone says "fuck", 20+ pages of how someone said fuck when it was live

Did i get it right? they invite him, blame him and than hang up in the middle of his sentence . I mean i know this kind of shows are easy talk and they never bring up something against on of their company / teams but this is ... I dont think this was a big deal because of idra. He act like a child, we know and expect that. But invite someone and hang up in the middle of the sentence just because he dont like what he say, total disqualifies you as a showhost .

If anything, Idra should be mad at incontrol pushing the whole Avilo issue, and JP for letting it happen.

Idra was on there as a host. Avilo was a guest. Being the host, that makes it "your" show. Even though he's not always there, today, it was his show. He didn't tell JP when to hang up, JP did that himself (and thank the gods he did when he did).
Idra isn't a nice person. He IS himself. I'm the same way. Polite to a point but there's a fine line between polite and "I'm fucking done with you." It has nothing to do with school and everything to do with not being horribly horribly fake like a lot of people are. And there's NO reason why Avilo should be upset about any of this. I'm a fan of SC2 but honestly, aside from knowing that he existed, I had no clue about the kid and about anything he had done. If anything, this is publicity for him, and getting your name out there will only help him.

"Thank you" for what? Idra is one of the most consistent member on the show. Why are you even watching the show?, when everyone in the community know how idra act?

My point is our community has drama every single week, and I think we'll look bad. Our community thrives on drama. 40 pages were thrown on to this thread because they literally just dismissed TvZ without a Terran. That's all that caused it. It's ridiculous.

I still can't believe that nobody is talking about the QxC/IdrA debate, after all this. That's where the more productive part of this show happened.
