When I looked at chat, it was loaded with "Call avilo." SOTG would be much more effective in my opinion if it wasn't so z/p biased.
P.S. to pokebunny, lol, little fellow, you've hated avilo since VT, who are you kidding!
I've never had any problem personally with avilo, I don't know where you got the idea that I hated him. He's a good person, good player with an interesting style but is just sometimes a bit misdirected in his opinions imo. I don't see where you see personal bias on my opinion. The Terrans that you are talking about that watch avilo's stream are not professional Terrans. I apologize, I meant that most high level players have differing opinions. I agree that it is Z/P biased and I think having any terran is better than none, but that doesn't mean I have to think avilo would be good on SotG.
Someone needs to be aggressive in SOTG if there IS a Terran in the game since the others will gang upon said person. AKA: AVILO!

what will this be uploaded?

Lollll at Avilo. You're so bad at presenting yourself. Instead of just saying "If you would like me to be on your show as a terran perspective, I will be willing to do so. If not then I will be watching and have a great show."
Instead you go out like an angry little kid who basically says "I call you guys out and dare you to bring me on as your terran perspective. You guys aren't really "state of the game" without a terran like I."
I would never pick anyone for any show who came to me like that. It's their show obviously and they get to decide what they want to do. They aren't forced to do anything. Trying to "call them out" on making them bring you on was a horrible idea and makes you look more like an asshole who was just begging to get some exposure.
If you had presented yourself much better to begin with they perhaps thought about it a little bit longer. Even if the answer was still no, then you should be the gentleman and finish with "I hope you guys have a great show". Instead of trying to insult the show and daring them to bring you on.

If they had to get a Terran on the show, just get qxc.

Yes, bring a Terran on to give a full perspective, it honestly will make the show better, make the discussion more well-rounded and make everything better. Just don't bring Avilo. Avilo sits on his stream screaming X is OP. I saw a stream VOD of his after the phoenix upgrade patch. It was the most hilarious thing I've ever seen. He posted a picture of an American flag, and says that Terran have to "fight for our freedom. Our freedom to win in the late game." Like some patriotic war hero! Avilo is a NUTJOB. Put a half decent pro Terran on the stream, not some angry guy wearing ugly outfits and screaming Protoss OP at every turn.

I guess you don't understand that he's dedicated very much to the game and actually cares about the things that revolve around it. sotg has done absolutely nothing productive the last god knows how many episodes. There are some that actually wants to hear the balance of the game beneath the fun and all.

JP asks around for terrans guys.. bottom line is qxc is abroad and there aren't a lot of terrans to pull from. So instead he got Azael to discuss GESL and give some light to a different personality in the community.. one barely exposed. We discussed SC2 which includes terran and we will continue to discuss things like casting (when some of us aren't casters) tourneys (when some of us don't run tourneys) politics, business etc etc even if we aren't directly involved or expertly informed!
Everyone on that show is more than qualified to discuss the terran race and all the others.. certainly more so than 99.99999999% of you so I don't think you need to worry about us falling short of your terran knowledge or something.
But even if none of that compells you.. pull the stick out of your ass. This show NEVER had a balance in races played by the hosts. WISE THE FUCK UP or simply SHUT THE FUCK UP. Either one.. being upset at SOTG because of this particular issue at this point.. 2 years after it has been running makes you look REALLY dumb.

The majority of the viewers do not care. The game will change next month too and all I will want to see on SotG is Incontrol make fun of Artosis. At some point, HotS will come out and I will want to hear about for 10 minute on one episode and then I will be done.

Sorry if this has been answered but why not bring Illusion?

As a Terran player I watch SOTG for the laughs and to hear about the tournaments. Balance patch discussions and such are so protoss and zerg skewed that it's not worth my time to hear idra and Incontrol talk about how every hots change to terran is op. The community is so bias against Terran it's disgusting.

It's just a bit silly to hear you talking about what Terran need to do. Don't tell me you know TvZ as good as terrans players, I wont believe you Geoff. :<
But you're not the worse in that anyway. Enjoying the show, as always. Just a bit sick of theorycrafting balance problems.

That said, as a terran player, I don't really care about whether or not they have a rep on the show. What is he suppose to do, protect terrans and say that coming up with new strategies is really hard? All the terrans know that, all the zergs and protoss don't believe it. There's no need to have representation if it doesn't change what anyone thinks.

Seriously guys, why don't you just get Flash on? I don't see the issue?
But in all seriousness: how long do these episodes, once posted on the blog, usually take to pop up on iTunes? At work so am hoping to grab it on my phone to listen to on the way home.
And yeah, as said by Plansix: game changes so often and I've never taken SotG as a deep analytical podcast, else I'd instead be annoyed that they even talk about tournament results. I like to hear SotG talk more about players, tournaments and the scene over balance and strategy.
