I've been there a couple of times and as i recall, to become a crew member you pretty much just have to sign up if you're eighteen and above (and if you pull some strings, that doesn't even matter). And at these type of events overall, volunteers tend to take work less serious. Let's face it, the majority go there to save a great chunk of cash, still enjoy themselves and do some dirty work on the side. The moral of this is that these kind of organizations are sitting on a lot of money. Hire professionals, get organized real good, real fast. And if you can keep the players happy, you will keep the casters happy. But like they said, 2012 will be a even greater year for Starcraft 2 and i cant wait to see what's going to change in the future of E-sports. | ||

It's actually profoundly dumb how long it has taken though. Honestly like what gives with the complete disregard for Terran in all starcraft 2 media. The entire community bashes Terran whether or not Terran is struggling or not and Terran issues and problems are always waved off or laughed at by incontrol. Community figures such as DJ Wheat and JP should owe it to players of all the races to give perspective of everything not just Protoss and Zerg. Call the show State of the Protoss next year if all it's gunna be is "so whats the current state of PvP? can you fast expand now? kewl so now on to talking about how EMP is BS and Marauders are stupid) | ||
