Well, isnt forGG a better BW player since he actually won a starleague? And of course, Boxer, Nada and July were all powerhouses during their time and arguably could be considered better.
Yes, now forGG is the best, Mvp being second.
And lol, arguably? OF COURSE BoxeR, Nada, and July were better, but this is talking about the time they switched.

a better way to say it is that MVP is the best BW player to have lots of success in SC2. Boxer, Nada, July are all good at SC2, but they do not have the accomplishments that MVP has, and forGG just started playing.

I think Sjow won IESF Select Won the NA Blizzcon invitational

I'm pretty sure MVP is still ranked higher than forGG at time of switch. At least that was the general consensus when there was a thread about it earlier

Stop making these kind of statement and prediction. Has Artosis ever came out right on any of his prediction? Like MKP or clide winning GSL?
Artosis has an incredible record for picking tournaments. He picks nearly ever MLG and foreigner tournament, and usually has gotten the GSL right.
Because he picks the best player. I'm surprised fewer people said MMA. He should be the clear favorite. He's seeded in the top 4 and has beaten MVP and Nestea in GSL if they get to him.
Of course Artosis is such a mech biased player and is butthurt from being so wrong for the GSL finals that he will refuse to acknowledge MMA's skill in TvT. Bio + Tank is perfectly fine against Mech for most of the game.
You asked 'Has Artosis ever come out right on any of his predictions?'
So I told you yes, he gets it right more than anyone else and is reknowned for that. Then you decided to tear that down by saying its only because he picks the best player.
Sounds like you are upset because he disagrees that MMA is the favourite. He also doesn't refuse to acknowledge MMA's skill in TvT, it is actually the opposite to that. He believes mech to be the superior strategy so MMA had to play especially well to beat a meching MVP with bio.

Lol, there is simply no question that Boxer and Nada and July were better than MVP, but that was not my intended point. I actually feel that they were better than him when they switched. Nada was winning tournaments as late as 2009 (IeSF Star Invite) while July had won a Starleague in 2008. MVP was very good, but had only made it to the round of 8 in a tournament (losing to Flash, granted), and does not have as much in accomplishments.
Really disappointing gusgate talk with artosis feigning ignorance as usual as he did with the major fiasco. Disappointed JP didn't read up on it and used the excuse of there was too much to read? WTF, it's kind of your job to research topics for the show and there was a nice thread with it all laid out.
No mention of the gunrun paying for the guys hotel bill. No mention of the outstanding 12k flight bill. It was all sunshine and lollipops according to them, cause talking bad about it means it's TMZ. This is where you need djwheat or slasher. Sotg goes soft on controversial topics.

True, but it is all relative as well. MVP is just so accomplished. Boxer has made it to the RO4 in the GSL 2, and 3rd at MLG. Nada has made it to the RO4 in GSL May and 4th at MLG. July made it to the finals of GSL March and was 4th at Dreamhack and NASL.

Thats all I remember atm
Well...Select is Korean. :p Can't argue against Sjow tho. Feel a little bad for forgetting that one, and it was even won by a fellow countryman. :/
Our zergs and 'tosses are the strongest imo and they still complains about terrans non stop. It just feels..lame. Blame Korea! ;p
I don't think Day9 even meant that GM comment seriously >_> Like I said in the daily thread, I think he was jokingly referencing all the "Its Day9!" trolling in the chats of peoples streams
Day[9] was playing amnesia and when he solved a puzzle he said "oh yeah, thats why I'm GM in every region" or something similar, but he was very very painfully obviously joking.

You have to admire his tenacity.
No, he is blowing the "terran doesn't lose to random shit" horn.
It has been proven quite true over the last year.
'He SHOULD have won, but he plays zerg.' - Idra, 5 minutes or so ago, referencing a game in which Nestea didn't lose to random shit but instead pissed away a huge lead.
QFT, important to make this distinction for zerg qqers.
Thank you Artosis for pointing out what a shithole /r/Starcraft has become. A bunch of drama obsessed fanboys that watch Day9 stream indie games. Gimmie a break.

Well reason people said that is he was in a frustrating part and he said "I don't understand how I can be GM with all 3 races but I suck so bad at this game" is almost word for word to what he said last night.
I would just like SotG to unban all the people they accidentally banned x.x I've been banned for like a month in their chat now lol and I barely even talk, but I'd still like to read the chat room.
