I disagree, Leah never really fit in with the show, She very rarely talks and when she does the topics she brings up are not very important. This episode was awesome, everything about it felt right, the conversation felt less awkard than it was the past few episodes.

What so we can have a chick? Or so we can have someone tell us how this tournament she watched was awesome, and how she wrote about it on G4. She never has conversations with anybody else in SOTG, she just stands there and answers JP's QA because she can't really relate to these players and personalities.

it still isn't easy when you're dropping a mineral line that has a cannon. you have to drag-select immediately upon dropping and then specifically target probes. Takes more actions and the protoss has more time to react. Not to mention the possibility of one or two still catching the cannon. the way to avoid it is drop further away from the cannon, but then of course it [the cannon] can get more hits off/you're no longer at the heart of the mineral line, which is optimal. Yes, I also have this feeling -_-, but i think it's worth 150 minerals to force the actions and potential fuck-up.

as far as the big engagements are concerned, i've seen protoss deal with it exceptionally well. Either it goes great for the zerg or it goes terribly. Either the protoss lays great force fields and executes the blinks well or they don't. It's like the swing dynamic Day was talking about in the episode. you can engage well and clean up a bunch of overlords to boot, or you can get completely annihilated.

the big baneling play is also pretty vulnerable if there are a sprinkle of void rays in the mix, I've found, because they're invariably going to get charged up (the style is usually completely lacking anti-air, save infested terrans that don't bode well against colossus), and probably end up being cost efficient with clean up. obviously everything is situational, and you're not always going to have the stargate play to work with, but it's definitely something to consider i think.

once again, it isn't as if your claim is invalid--you're the pro, I'm the forum poster, it's not as if I could stand on even footing even if i were a staple in the community--but I don't think it can be stamped overpowered. Even if it were, nerfing overlords, as you mentioned, albeit off the cuff, doesn't seem like it'd ever be the right fix.

Do they have a twitter or something? It's weird that they wouldn't respond to something like this. I mean not that State of the Game is an official response to Blizzard, but I imagine people have sent them emails about it over the last few months.
