sG is both a community/clan place to just casually play melee, practice and get better. also a team that competes in online tournaments/team leagues and has regularly scheduled clan wars. The desired level of player we wish to respond to this post is at the very least top diamond (for the clan part). In order to be on team we require something more (stated below)
Soviet Gaming is an old community dating back to as early as 2001. Formerly known UMS clan "Soviet_" that some people may recognize if they ever played the UMS map "Diplomacy 7.7". (Hence the name "Soviet") Most of us have known eachother for years now and the community is very laid back and friendly. Everyone's very familiar with eachother.
We have achieved a great balance of being skilled at the game and having a lot of laughs. We've lost patience for drama and don't want to waste time on dealing with it, we just want to get better and compete.
In order to be apart of team it takes a little more commitment than just being a regular part of the clan/community. As stated, most of us have known eachother for a very long time and are good friends with eachother. We believe this to be vital in order to have good teamwork and progress as a team, not just individually. What I'm getting at is in order to be apart of team would require to be on more personal level with the other people whom are on the team part of sG, such as being real ID, skype, regular practice and games with eachother. Oh and also must be Masters at least 850-1k points minimum.

Other: I've been playing SC2 since release. I'm very ambitious and my goal is to get into GM as soon as possible. Thus, I'm looking for a team in which members are active and ready for a lot of practice. I'm a master protoss (mid master imo) on the NA server. I'm 22 going to college currently working full time until the semester starts. I'm about to graduate with my undergrad might stick around for a masters haven't fully decided. My field of study is computer science. I have played sc2 since it came out (not always actively). I currently play on UNR's CSL team (they do not practice much; generally they are just not that active in sc2). I just started streaming at http://www.twitch.tv/champion862# a few days ago. Although I have not been super active on sc2 this summer, I'm currently actively trying to play sc2 every day and get better! I always gg on ladder and don't rage. Every time I lose a game, it is because I didn't play well enough. It doesn't matter what my opponent did (cheesey, risky or w/e), I lost because I was not better than them that game.
What I'm looking for in a team/clan:
I'm looking to improve. I'm looking for a group of people that are all cool; nice; active in sc2; and want to get better themselves (people like me!). There is only so much you can learn from grinding ladder until you reach a plateau and need assistance to begin improving again. I have skype and something I really enjoy doing is playing 1v1 obs with people and getting feedback after a match or hell even during it! I'm completely willing to help people (of any league) get better as well. I understand some of the things I need to work on, but to improve on them I need consistance matchup practice not ladder with all kinds of (random) strats thrown at me.

Just got promoted to diamond about a week ago after staying in plat for about 2 seasons. I live in Hawaii so the time difference is at least 3 hours behind if your on the mainland. I usually play about 5 hours a day. I have a lot of ladder anxiety and always pray that I don't get a terran. I need a lot of practice against terrans. I am currently going to college so I won't be able to as early on some days, but for the most part I am on at night everyday.
I am looking for a group/clan/team that I can get a lot of experience so that I can get to masters, get better at pvt and hopefully participate in some clan wars, tournaments, basically competition. I was very competitive and successful in sports in high school so expect commitment from me. I have a very positive and sarcastic attitude, but I am far from bm.
I wouldn't mind just having practice partners, but I would love to have a group to be a part of.

Multitude Gaming (MxG) is looking for players of all skill level, and from any country. We are a competitive team with a casual/competitive community. We would like to get our names out there to send our players to big named events and help support them with attending lans.
