Hello, I'm Sovlet a Starcraft 2 player who used to live in the Ministry of Win. I recently was made team captain of the SC2 division and I'm looking for new people to try out for the team! This is strictly on the EU server just to get that out of the way, we're looking for both GM/High Master for our Pro team and we currently accept any league into our Amateur team.
First I'll let you know a bit about 3D-Gaming. It's a German organisation which has players from all over Europe on different games such as CS:S, CS:GO, LoL and Dota 2. What to expect for the Pro team - Assuming you make the cut, you'll be expected to play in regular tournaments and clan wars as well as weekly clan practice and being active and practicing on a near daily basis. Being experienced in competing in a tournaments will give you bonus points when applying Some of the advantages of being on the pro team are being able to take advantage of the sponsors such as discounts and also receiving financial support when travelling to a LAN tournament to compete.
What to expect for the Amateur team - The most important part to being a member of the Amateur team is to be active, to show your committed to improving yourself and eager to learn, if you show all these qualities, you will receive weekly coaching from a member of the pro team as well as being included to observe practice games of people on the pro team, there is also the chance for you to be promoted to the Pro team after we see you're ready.

At this time, I would like to start publicly searching for potential pro team members for Starcraft 2. Aware eSports is an organization that is being built around doing things "right". We will not make promises we can't keep, we will not make players sign absurd one-sided contracts, and we will do everything possible to make our players and team as successful as possible. Yes, we are a start-up business (keyword being business). We are not just another team to pop up, being run by people who don't understand that eSports is a business and you have to approach it as such to be successful. We do have some very strong connections within the sponsorship world which we plan to leverage, but we are also an organization that will strive to not be dependent on sponsors to survive.
We are looking for players who want to commit and be a part of creating something great from the beginning. We want players who understand what it takes to create a successful brand, and that it is more than just being a GM on ladder. Unfortunately in this day where so many players think they "deserve" to be paid for accomplishing very little, we want to find those players who understand what it means to have a team that is willing to support its players, understand that we aren't making any money for ourselves from that, and be grateful for the opportunity. While we want to create a roster that is established enough to be confident that we can compete with players at events like MLG, but are also willing to give the opportunity to players who show the right promise and right attitude.
That being said, I think we have some exciting things in development for Starcraft. While we build our sponsor/revenue bases, the organization is privately funded and supported. We will have the ability to provide some support to our players, provided they show that they are doing the things we ask of them. As I mentioned before, we will not make promises we cannot keep a month or two from now, and we take this very seriously.

Description: Hello! We are Team SC2Improve, a Master level team which stems from the SC2Improve Community. The SC2Improve Community is a practice and social group for Starcraft 2, which can mostly be found in the channel sc2improve and runs numerous events such as weekly tournaments and more. Team SC2Improve is made up of Master Level players and we are looking to expand our roster after recent departures from the team due to inactivity etc. We are currently at 13 members, with 10 being completely active currently. We aim to increase this to around 15-16 members.
As a team we participate in the www.sc2cl.com clan war league and also the ESL Clan War ladder. We aim to do two practice sessions a week to both bring us together as a team and to help each other improve. We are from a mixture of European countries but we all speak English within the clan. What we enjoy most from a team player is not only someone who enjoys playing Starcraft but also somebody who is happy to participate in the team socially, engaging in conversations and discussions. I feel it is fair to say that everyone within our team is always happy and joking on Teamspeak and this is one of the main reasons we enjoy being a part of the team so much.
