Version 1.4 is kinda old compared to version 7.0.1... The cause might be that a letter was capitalized in the name "User Content". I suggest to delete the old version and download the latest version manually.

I can't really give advice to what can go wrong without inspecting further your computer. There are resources (data) stored in the lib/Sc2gears.jar file which Sc2gears accesses/loads, and on a very small fraction of computers (could be like 1 out of 10,000 or even less) this resource loading fails. I could never test it myself as it never happened to me and to anyone else except a few people. Don't know what causes this. I suggest try other Java programs and see if they work. Or if I would have temporary access to a computer that has this problem (remote desktop for example), I could investigate this anomaly.

The diagnostic comes up with everything OK so I'm not sure what the problem is... any ideas?

Latest logs: Help menu => System messages. Archived logs: "User Content\Logs" folder inside Sc2gears.

All that the log says is "Failed to copy last replay to: C:\Users\[Username]\Documents\SC2Replay Archive\1v1" I've since changed the save folder back to default, thinking maybe the program didn't have access to save to the Documents folder, but it still fails to save. Edit: could it be a problem with my replay auto-save naming configuration? The diagnostic says it's OK but I guess it wouldn't hurt to double check here since I have no idea why else it wouldn't be saving. Here's my naming format: "/f \ /T - /g./e"

Here's my naming format: "/f \ /T - /g./e" The problem is with your naming template. You want to use the format as the sub-folder, and you left space at the end of it. Folders cannot end with space on Windows. Change your template to this one, and it will work (I just removed 2 spaces): /f\/T - /g./e

PS: You should probably set a check for that in the diagnostic in case somebody else makes the same mistake.
