Woot! Thanks!

Any chance of the multi-replay analyzer showing the trends in my muling/inject frequency/CBing?

I just had an idea, which might be pretty cool, but I have no idea, if it is possible to implement this:
an average unspent resources graph.
I often look at the stats in the score screen and one of the most intressting numbers there imo is the average unspent res number, I'd love to see than in form of a graph.

Just a suggestion, could you implement a hotkey to toggle the different tools? Like replay save, APM alert, etc. For example, when I'm playing custom games with it on, I could turn off APM alert. Great program, thanks!

I tried searching for a way to do the two following questions, but the keywords aren't very helpful. Anyway.
How can I add all my old replays that I have saved (before I got sc2gears) to the replay archive (so that they get renamed)?
How can I clear saved searches? Or at least name and sort them? Having the saved searches feature isn't too helpful if you have to go through every saved search to find the one you're looking for.
Great Program though! I plan on using it often to help improve my play!

Great Program though! I plan on using it often to help improve my play! There isn't really a "replay archive" thing in Sc2gears. You can search/list replays from any folders. You can assemble and save replay sources by specifying a set of folders (recursively) and replays. Every time you double click on a saved replay source, its content (all relays denoted by the folders inside it) will be listed. You can sort the results (click on the table headers), you can filter the table with the quick filter box, and you can perform advanced search/filtering on the Filters tab.
To rename replays, just list them (perform a search), select all then right click and choose "Rename replays".

Hi Dakota! I was going through the new features of sc2gears and came upon avg spawning ratio. The glossary says
Average spawning ratio: It is the ratio of the time of a Hatchery being injected and the the time from the first injection till the last action of the player. The higher the better, the optimal best value is 100%. But I dont understand what that means. Is it also about idle larva? Or is it only from the time between spawn larvas on a hatchery? If a queen dies or if queens cant be used(less queens than hatcheries) does the average increase? From the looks of it if you choose a creep tumour over inject larvae it is very hard to get over 70% spawn rate and injection gaps under 20s.
Anyways it looks like something with great potential when it can be matched with build orders. I would love to see it in multi-rep analysis so I can track my progress in that as well.
Thanks for working on sc2gears its a great tool!

Thanks for working on sc2gears its a great tool! Example #1: If you first inject a hatchery at 3:00 and you keep reinjecting all the time exactly when the larva spawning ends up until 5:00 and you leave the game at 6:00, then you had your hatchery spawning larvas for 2 minutes, and 1 minute idle => average spawning ratio = 2/3 = 66%.
Example #2: let's assume a spawn larva takes 30 seconds. You first inject at 3:00, next at 4:00, next at 5:00 and you leave the game at 5:30. Then you had your hatchery spawning larva for 3x30 sec = 1.5 min, and it was idle for 2x30 sec = 1 min. In this case average spawning ratio = 1.5/2.5 = 60%.
Now let's look at the average injection gap:
Example #1: injection gap here is 0 second because you always re-injected. The time after the last injection is omitted (the last idle minute).
Example #2: you had 2 gaps between injections, first: 3:30-4:00 and the second: 4:30-5:00. Both gaps are 30 seconds long, the average injection gap is 30 seconds.
Sc2gears calculates the avg spawning ratio and the avg injection gap for all hatcheries and a global average (weighted average of all your hatcheries).
Hope it's clear now.

Could you add average spawning ratio and the average injection gap to the multi-rep analysis section?

I seem to be having issues with the player Alias feature not working since the last update. No matter what I do the two names are listed separately.
I never had an issue with it until the last update.

I never had an issue with it until the last update. Player alias changed in the last update. You have to specify players by their "full name". Read the details on the Version history page: Sc2gears 5.6 changes and new features
Map alias doesn't work though, it's a known issue and will be fixed in the next release.

Thanks Dakota I get it now (:

Could functionality be added to the Replay Auto-save to only search the base auto replay folders (ignoring subfolders)? I keep a Downloads folder in my SC2 replay folder where I put tournament replay packs and such so I can easily access those replays from inside SC2. However, I've been reluctant to re-enable Replay Auto-save because my rename template uses folder symbols and would wreak havoc on the already-organized replay packs.
I'd imagine an "Ignore Subfolders" checkbox next to the auto replay folders in the settings dialog could work, or a similar general checkbox on the "Replay auto-save" tab.

You continue to impress me and provide one of the best apps for sc2. Awesome job. Looking to donate once I get some money in the bank

Simple solution: Simply change your SC2 auto-replay folder from the default "Account" folder to the Unsaved/Multiplayer sub-folder. That way replays you download outside of this will not be auto-saved.
