Hello! The actual and updated plan is like this: Everyone that is in the first wave of invites will get an email when the Beta will start, not sooner. Yes, we're going to send out multiple waves of invites, so don't get your hopes down if you're not in the first wave! | ||

From playing at Blizzcon, nataziel is totally correct on how making units works, and it is not the same as War3. | ||

When you have 5 barracks selected at once in SC2, pressing m 1 time will make 1 marine. When you have 5 barracks selected at once in WC3, pressing f 1 time will make 5 footmen, one from each barracks. So in SC2, when you want to make 5 units, one out of each of the 5 selected barracks, you have to press m 5 times, as opposed to 1 time in WC3. | ||

Zerg, even on ONE hatchery, would have to hit S+Z+Z+D to make 4 lings and a drone. BUT Imagine when you have like 3 hatches (Or 5... oO or more) Each hatch can have probably up to 15 larva with the Queens new ability (I don't exactly remember how many I had stockpiled at blizzcon). ...so 3 hatches x15 = 45 larva... So if I want a mass army right then and there I have to click something 45 times? lol pretty fucking long combo, if you ask me! xD But I guess we just won't let our larva to get to such insane numbers, right!? Perfect macro will leave no more than 5 at a time xD (4 from spawn larva plus one "natural") | ||
