I mean, at some level it doesn't make sense - it's two hours of a guy talking about his Starcraft experience - how profound could it be? But your experiences, they're just so amazing, and your insights so poignant, and your passion so deep, that it makes the cast achieve the quality of being "hyper-real." It's like being taken into a world in which SC is bigger than life, and I think this is indeed what you were looking to achieve. With you as ambassador, I can't see why this scene won't go further than it has ever gone before. A toast - to the life of Day9 and the future of e-sports.

When I lay in bed after your cast, I realized I had to post SOMETHING while the experience was fresh. Your cast affected me more than anybody else ever has. You have the unique gift of giving your listeners the very same emotions that you have. I laughed with you at your early days, shared in your dread at having to play against prominent progamers, celebrated with you in victory, and mourned with you in your defeat. The overall result is a very powerful experience that has undoubtedly earned you many a new fan and many a boatload of money tonight. I watched the Boy in the Striped Pajamas a few weeks ago. It affected me less than your full movie length cast. You are very inspiring to many people and I hope you achieve your dreams.

Thank you for Day9 daily #100. That was inspiring and amazing to say the least. I love your passion for Starcraft, and I think a majority of TeamLiquid shares this love. Personally, I feel the same way in that I want to spread e-Sports; I love it when more of my friends get to know the brilliance of Starcraft, that it's not just any other game, but a beautiful "symphony of dexterity and brain." I get excited when I see people who I would never expect to play Starcraft post something about Boxer as their Facebook status. However, I do find it hard to juggle real life and Starcraft. Personally, I come from an Asian family which expects "normal" career paths and "normal" lives. I've chosen Comp Sci as a major because of that because that's as close as I can get to a e-Sports related career. Ideally, I would do something that's directly related to e-Sports, but there doesn't exist a thing in the West.. yet. Starcraft to me seems restricted to be a hobby, even though I would love for it to develop. Is it too late for people to become a core part of e-Sports like you and your brother? I know SC2 is all fresh and new but finding a career in e-Sports seems difficult. What would you do, would you fully engage an e-Sports career or keep it as a hobby? Finally, once again I thank you for sharing your passion and hopefully inspiring all your 3k viewers to promote e-Sports. I think we all teared up a bit. Long live e-Sports!~
