I thought it's actually the max APM you got in that game. Haven't tested the theory yet.

I'm guessing that they still haven't fixed the APM/EAPM mixup and that would explain your numbers.

Check the tab EAPM and compare that number with the score screen.

(Assuming EAPM is still in the game)

Over half of your "apm" is wasted on rotating through building/units and not actually doing anything with them. I wish they would forever hide this so that people stop focusing on it so much and focus on other things that matter much more. Just spamming in the beginning of the game can raise your end game apm by 50.

Yes. This applies to me too. I checked the replay, and my average APM was around 150-170. But the end screen displayed like 495 as my APM. Yes, i hit like 400 - 800 APM in battles. In the game where i got 495 on the screen, i hit like 950 at one point, but i don't see how it is possible that my average is like 500.

And no, its not the real time APM calculation. 150 x 1.38 =/= 495. It must be a bug or something.

I think it might be a bug where they convert blizzard time to normal time twice, 1.38*1.38*inGameAPM.

We'd need some sample data to make sure though. This seems to roughly match what I'm seeing fairly consistently.

There's definitely something wrong. It said I was something like 250APM- (this is after fooling around microing units for an 1hr45 min) Watching the replay at x8, my average game long apm was more like 70.

Even then it would be off by about 40. It is, however, almost exactly double his "current" APM at the end game.

Wait have they fixed blizzard time yet? I know the units build times will get screwed up but it's worth it to get an accurate real time. Maybe they could display both blizz time and normal time...

Bit of a shame it's buggy, but those stats look pretty sexy. Blizz seem to be stepping up with the UI in HoTS

Being faster doesn't make u better? When u say APM i think u mean "useless actions".

Also even rotating thru ur stuff is important. The faster u can do it the faster u can build stuff and less often u'll have hiccups in production etc.

Unless you're saying u think its possible for someone to know perfectly when to build each unit, so that there is always only 1 unit producing at each building, and know exactly when to inject. Even if you stare at the timer, that takes time.

EPM is smaller than APM. It's not that.


Yeah, it's supposed to. But in WoL they're mixed up. Have you checked or are you just assuming?
