I dont understand why you are crying for not being into the beta in spite of your high activity in game, it seems pretty clear that:
This multiplayer-only test will initially be limited to a select group of pro-gamers, members of the press, Arcade contest winners, and shoutcasters.
If you're not one of those, you have to wait:
We will soon be inviting other players to participate in the beta

Of course its early in the beta, but as is, mineral entomb seems somewhat pointless as harassment in late game if things in range attack it automatically - especially against zerg since their expos are already going to have multiple spine crawlers and such.

Got my invite, really surprised by this honestly. I played around 100 games (plat) this season, a little bit of the arcade beta but not that much. I also played the hots custom a little.
