+ Show Spoiler + the Nova and Tosh thing. Debating who to side with right now. I mean, those specters sound purdy kickass (mass killing? insane? More gas to make them even crazier?! I like!!) But then again theres Nova... and seeing as how she got turned down once by blizzard already, tempted just to side with her as I know there is nothing in the world more dangerous than a POed blonde. Bah screw it.. a coin flip never hurt anyone! | ||

I played through both missions and I have to say: - The Nova mission was a lot more fun/interesting - Tosh would kick Nova's ass in a fight anytime (he is seriously stupid strong), and if specters are derivatives of him with just his first ability (like ghosts are to Nova), then they're seriously overpowered as hell. as to what it is: + Show Spoiler + after a while Nova uncloaks sitting on the box next to the rifle and looks at you. She then looks to her side slightly alarmed and cloaks again. | ||

+ Show Spoiler + The ghost gets permanent cloaking and ocular implants ( a bonus to both vision and range ) I didn't find the ghosts particularly useful, to be honest. I never actually used them; don't find I have the time to muck about with this stealth stuff on Brutal. | ||

Definately like Nova better than Tosh since I've read the novell about her. Spoilers from the book + Show Spoiler + She wipes out an entire building (few hundred ppl) in one psionic burst of anger, even before she knew she had psionic abilities. She's also the ghost with the highest psionic power ever measured, according to the book. | ||

He were guessing class 8 on Nova, the only other class 8 was locked away in a basement, but she's more close to a class 10 I think it is. Not really sure if its the exact same rating system as the one they use in the campaign for Kerrigan and the Leviathan. It's a decent novell btw, I'm looking forward to the second part, Spectres. | ||
