Blizzard is pretty well known for sneaking in little things that are easy to miss in one playthrough, so have you found any to share?
I'll start it off with one I found with Nova. Upon first taking her mission the one downside I saw was the loss of a crewmember aboard the hyperion. The mission clearly stated that Nova wouldn't join you but Tosh would stay aboard until the end of the game if you sided with him. So I was bummed about that part but I still wanted to side with Nova.
After the mission I went to the armory and I clicked on the ghost canister rifle and started reading about it. Being a slow reader payed off for me because after a little a bit Nova uncloaked for a brief few moments and was sitting on the crates that the rifle's resting on. So Nova is aboard keeping tabs on the mission or something. The only downside is one less crewmember to talk to. That's a little bit better. Thought that was a cool find.
I found this random little box in the north side of the map on the mission Zero Hour. when u hit it each time it says "T minus 3" then "T minus 2" and "T minus 1" on the forth time u hit it, it freaking blasts off lol. i have no idea what this is...

A tauren marine enters the "box", when you reveal the area.
The "Ihaan" chrystal clearly refers to "Ee han timing; the battlecruiser going down in "Invasion of char" with the commander saying words to the effect of "Our ship has sustained TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE damage and will soon..."
There's no need to spoiler things, in a thread, which has "spoilers" in the title and terribleterribledamage is also a cheat code, which grants invulnerability and multiplies the damage of all your units by 10.

Thought that was cute, lol.
Also the spider mines are freaking adorable. They run around and fight and climb on boxes and.... I want a plush spider mine.
Lol yeah I saw the spider mines. I waited so long for them to do it again, but they never did after the one time
Well, not the campaign nor really funny but in the credits toward the end in the "Thanks" section it sais "YOUR MOM" with big letters, makes sense since if not I'd not be playing the game so to say.

The mission where the Dominion Forces are crashing on the planet and the General in his Battleship says "I've take Terrible Terrible Damage!.... pretty funny if youve seen all the battle reports
On the mission you get to use Odin to launch a surprise attack, in the fog of war in the middle-bottom of the map there is a Science Facility - kill it. Doing so will result in a secret mission being unlocked, it's one of those no base kind of missions

If you watch the news often, you come across a publicity that makes a reference to the L70 Elite Tauren(?) or something like that with L800 instead. Also, they show hit songs like "Another Hydra bites the dust" or "Lucy in the Sky with Mutas". There was some more but I can't remember.

In the secret mission, when you can get the reinforcemants from matt go outside the station and to the top. You can see a Murloc in a space marine suite (reward for attending Blizzcon09) dancing on a piece of rock floatin in space.
