3-4 years ago i burned 20-25kgs of fat whit just 3months in the gym. then i started playing rugby, so my weight was pretty much the necessary for the game(95-100kg), then i stopped and my metabolism fucked me up ;D...i reeeeally need to lose some weight now

I also am gonna start playing in a basketball league and I wanna get bigger and stronger over the course of the season. My stomach isn't like a huge lump but it's really annoying when I sit down, all my fat compresses together and it's annoying. And I'm asian in a non-diverse school and I don't have alot of friends (all went to this other nerdy, all asian high school) and I wanna look somewhat decent at least and around other pepole like at church; they sorta tease me about my stomach (BTW I can do the worm dance with my stomach) I also wanna cut down on eating at night; I always take naps after school so when I wake up, its late so I eat late. I didn't eat these really good looking cookies tonight, very difficult to do.

I'm not hella skinny, just kinda normal, play travel soccer and run track, but would like to gain more muscle and ab definition. I think this is a great thread idea, and advise that I always get from trainers/coaches, is start small and keep at it.

Yeah, but I don't understand why you would lose weight because you don't drink coke
And for the manpower people, is there someone who can help with losing the stomach? Is running a good way to do it?

il0seonpurpose: any type of cardio, running, swimming, biking... some people like long distance style work outs, while others prefer short periods of intensive work outs, whatever suits you best

Well there have been studies proving HIIT is better for weight loss purposes but you can use whichever you prefer.

I was initially just going to do this with just Clazziquai and maybe a couple other people. Would have included before and after photos in that case. But there is way too many people here =).
