So imo once the H2H games are done and City is within 3 points of first place the league is decided.

I always find it hilarious when the pundits etc. claim things like 'If Liverpool beat Arsenal today their title challenge is over' in November or some shit. It happens every year and its just as ridiculous every time.

The pundits didnt say it last January with Arsenal where everyone expected their lead to be enough. I said in January it was over and I was right. And this is not a stupid lucky guess. Dont underestimate what Liverpool and City have done the last 5 years. Klopp has reached more points every season than Ferguson EVER did. And yet only one title

They will reliably win their matches, but Liverpool can be Liverpool and drop points to random teams. If City win, then it's almost guaranteed to be over. That's just what teams have to do to compete with Pep's City. We can't afford to drop any more points the rest of the season. It's simple as that. We need to do what we did in the beginning of 19/20.

Guardiola has him beat but Fergie is still #2 on the all time ppg list. How many points per financial fair play breach does Guardiola have? ![]()

I'd argue it was not just the best German football has to offer but it was an outstanding performance from both teams that European football in general has to offer. But I'm unsure if it was wise for Leverkusen to play that game at the limit. They have to play Bayern on Saturday and if they lose this, they lose the league.

When you see so many Germans on the pitch giving it their all you have to wonder if not the wrong Germans are playing for the national team... I really hope hoeness will confirm this season in the years to come!
