Denial about what? Roman's loan of 1 billion which is interest free and soon as is unfrozen (as he stated before) he wipes off the books anyway? Then the club has no debt...we have lacked commercial revenue and stadium revenue for years which the new owners will put right, so we will be in a better shape when Roman departs and he gets his money.
Remember they FROZE his assets not seized them.
Roman has greenlight the sale, so like i said end of the month we be sold and government instantly lifts sanctions which they are changing them hourly it seems lol.

One of the new emerging bids is from a london based Saudi Arabian;
Exclusive: Saudi Media, a private consortium, have made contact with Raine Group about buying Chelsea from Roman Abramovich. At least 10 bids in now and more are still coming [Nizzar Kinsella] Inside Saudi Media's Chelsea takeover bid: Renew Rudiger's contract and rebuild Stamford Bridge
Saudi Media's priorities will be focused upon renewing key players' contacts with developing Stamford Bridge as well. They intend to invest heavily in Cobham and Women's team as well.
Mohamed Alkhereiji, who runs Saudi Media and is the CEO of the parent company Engineer Holding Group, which was founded by his father Abdulelah AlKhereiji. He was in UK for studies and has attended several matches at the Bridge as well.
Alkhereiji and his children are Chelsea fans, which is why he is so keen to acquire the club. However, he primarily supports Saudi Arabian outfit Al Nassr, for whom he built a new, state-of-the-art stadium in Mrsool Park.
Saudi Media is the biggest media group in the Middle East, and also has interests in advertising, hospitality, the banking sector and sports. The company turns over $1 billion a year, giving it scope to be a powerful player in English football. Thiugh Saudi Media's takeover bid will be co-funded by a consortium of various other private backers from Saudi Arabia.
The club have discouraged politically sensitive parties but unlike PSG, Manchester City or New Castle, Saudi Media is a private entity and has no ties with any ruler or government. They also employ a large number of women employees as Saudi Arabia's record on women's rights, in particular, is a concern to many civil rights groups. So Premier League would have no reason to block any buds from SMC.
SMC are ready to tackle the major challenge of rebuilding Stamford Bridge, which could cost upwards of £1.5bn ($2bn). Their previous experience building football stadiums and infrastructure is being touted as a key advantage of their bid, with their existing connections in marketing and advertising also considered a major asset in terms of helping to cover the costs involved in such an ambitious redevelopment project. Indeed, it is believed that they can attract the most lucrative sponsors to the club, and this is significant because Chelsea have long had trouble matching the commercial draw of Premier League rivals Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool.
This is going to be a tad bit controversial lol

Nah, nobody cares about the 377.000 yemenies that died in the war these last years, they are not in Europe.
So saudies are fine, they can buy all the PL clubs they want.

The whole fit and proper persons thing could be entirely avoided with 50+1 😉

Two Americans on the Juventus roster?
Christian Pulisic has found his groove in recent weeks for English Premier League side Chelsea, and while his good form could be strengthening his standing under Thomas Tuchel, it is also increasing the interest in his services ahead of the summer transfer window.
Juventus is one of the teams that has taken notice, and is targeting Pulisic, as well as several other Chelsea players for a transfer this summer, Gazzetta Dello Sport reported Thursday.
Pulisic and Hakim Ziyech are being linked with a move to the Serie A club, should Juventus fail in acquiring AS Roma’s Nicolo Zaniolo.

10 minutes before kickoff and Stamford Bridge is roughly half full. Wonder what the crowd is going to be like

Great three points for us! Just want us to keep the pressure up whenever we're 1 up

Hoping for a miracle tomorrow. If Tomiyasu is fit enough to start, we have a great shot of coming away with at least a point. If not, then we probably lose by 1

Russia's national team captain refused his call up to their latest squad due to having several relatives in Ukraine (per ESPN).
I wonder if there will be more who do the same. At this point they aren't even going to play Poland unless they win the CAS case

What the guy who spat at a girl calling Chelsea fans hypocritical for moaning about his article which stated that Yanited should "tap up" Tuchel as the club could die in a few weeks.....
Not that several weeks ago he published an article and is a video on it how Abramovich has been a saint to Chelsea haha, or the fact "his club" got transfer banned for tapping up Youth players and they publically tap up every Southampton player the last few years xD
Yeah guys bit silly isn't he.
