I wish I had better news, but I’m told UMMC has transitioned into comfort care measures for Coach Mike Leach. It’s essentially hospice care at this point.
I’m told he’s been largely if not totally nonresponsive since the cardiac event yesterday morning.
It appears to simply be a matter of time now. It all seems so unfair. Life is fleeting. Tell those you love who much you love them. Forgive, forgive, forgive.
We will not be working to break the final story. We will respect the family’s timing on all of that. Yes, we have a story ready to roll, but we will now await the official and unfortunate word from the University.
I can’t believe we’re even having these discussions. It’s so surreal. He isn’t just our football coach. He’s Mike Leach, a national treasure. I’m honored to say he was our coach for three seasons. It’s also nice to remember that he’s going out a winner.
Please remember his family, our coaches and players in your thoughts and prayers.

It's a weird year hahaha. Fucking hell. Buccs are done. Patriots are just...fisting themselves.
This is one year where I have no clue who the best team is and who will win. Almost anyone (besides the obvious bottom dwellers) have a chance to beat anyone. And I don't know if that's a good thing or not!

Lovie is making them play such a frustrating style to play against, and kept it at 70% to tank, and as you said, now dialed it up that they probably have first pick.
Tampa 2 + time of posession ball = even when they are so easy to beat in theory, its such a pain to do so and so you could slip up and the <7pt tank losses become 3 point wins

Let's see if OSU can get past Georgia. So far it's pretty even. Though GA seems to be sleep behind the wheel a little bit. The winner of this game walks over TCU I think (OSU might struggle early but they blow it open eventually)

I missed the ending to the OSU/GA game but I saw the headlines/highlights. GA vs TCU should be good for a bit.

I think tcu matches up against Georgia worse as a run heavy offense. Georgia’s defensive weakness was their secondary and Marvin Harrison Jr was torching them until he got hurt.
