Nah, Germany isn't as strong as people would like I think. They had to beat them still. But I feel there are stronger opponents coming for England.

Germany is a psychological thing for England though. They aren't as good as they were at all but beating them proves they can beat high class opposition which has always been the problem.

First time Germany loses before the semi finals in a European knockout tournament ever as well! 100% England vs Germany is always played in the heads, but luckily it looks like that mental game has been washed out of this current English squad!!!
What a game from them, 9 and half hours since England conceded a goal, only that Muller chance the big issue that game but looked so strong before that.

Fantastic!
I can see how people not invested in England think they're boring - Southgate is certainly playing it very safe. But they look like solid title contenders. 0 conceded in 4 games, Sterling looking great, Grealish brought a lot of positive energy.. Not sure he should be a starter though, I think he's the kind of player who does exceptionally well when he's fresh-legged against tired opponents.

Think you are right you have to be invested in England, also because people that watch PL and know that they can play more entertaining. Just take Grealish not starting, or Fodden. But they are in quarter finals with a deserved win, and with Kane scoring looking much more scary.
