Holy hell, that is extremely amazing.

Meanwhile PSG losing yet another game against a big team that cares. They really need some wing backs, seeing Meunier and Marcelo (who finally seems to have come back from his 1 year vacation :D) on the same side is funny.

Well.. about that...
Although I gotta say. Marcelo has been electric.. going forward anyway

Haha yeah I talked too fast. But those 2 goals can't make you forget they got dominated the whole game. After all, in a game with no stakes content matters more than the result.

3 minutes of goofing around and the perfect night is spoiled. Well, that's football. Madrid are finally CL ready again.

Oh I agree, they looked completely outplayed for like 80 mins and then there was some real wtf going on from both sides.
After equalizing you would think the momentum would shift but then it went back to what it was before and the result was uhmm.. fortunate to say the least.
Real looked really good though. But these sorts of lapses are still worrying for them.

I really don't want to see this Madrid vs the current Barça. Pushing that Clasico to December might have been a big mistake xD

in other news lewandowski scored 4 goals in 15 minutes. He's having a fantastic season so far - 16 goals in 12 bundesliga matches and 10 goals in 5 CL games..

lewandowski has been the best 9 this decade imo. i get hes already at a big team and is probably happy but i dont get how theres so little media speculation around him every transfer window. any rich team that needs a striker should be looking to poach him
|
Morata's miss against Juventus deep in stoppage time would be infuriating for his teammates

Benzema is aldo often overlooked. I Think hes only behind messi and ronaldo in Champions league goals scored and his assists must be pretty high too

Benzema has been awesome and the best of the team last two seasons. He always had quality, assisted, combined, etc. but now he also scores more often.

Mourinho hugged a ball boy after a quick throw in resulted in a goal and in general he seemed to have great time. The skeptical part of me says Mourinho knows PR game better than almost anyone, but part of me also wants to believe he's actually enjoying the management again too. Maybe it's a bit of both.
Whatever the reasons are, Mou definitely seems to be changing some aspects & antics from his few previous stints.

It's definitely both. I think he has really missed his time at the bench. But I am dont believe hes become a better person

But I am dont believe hes become a better person I think there has always been something really pent up on Mourinho's head about not being the best in the world. None of the top level managers like losing obviously, but I don't think any of them are as uneasy as Mou has been ever since Guardiola dethroned him from being the undisputed top manager in the world.
I feel there's a faint chance that he has finally managed to find some peace with the idea that managers like Klopp, Pep and Poch coexist in the same league and that the special one is just one of the top dogs rather than being the sole managerial genius around. In Spurs any silverware he can grab is a decent triumph and he's not expected to win half the competitions available.
We'll see how it goes once the honeymoon is over.

At Spurs any silverware he will get is a HUGE success, not decent...

Heh yeah, I was trying to leave some room for a weird year in Carabao Cup or something.

Speculation for years about him going to Real Madrid (other teams too, but primarily Real). A transfer just never came to fruition because for one I believe Real's president wasn't entirely convinced and had other targets in mind. And on the other hand, rich club asking or not, Bayern was completely unwilling to sell.
