McLaren had 2-3 circuits per season in which they were doing decent(i think it's layout based) and the Spain one seems to be one of them this year?; they were middle of the pack last year, but this years' track changes might've benefited their cars more.

is Alpine pace sustainable in the future, or it's also circuit layout based?;(on some it's good, but on most layouts, their pace is average at best?).

Title race is pretty obviously done at this point - I think the thing to watch is how AM / Merc / Ferrari (lol) are doing. Currently seems like Merc's trajectory there is best. Hopefully they can challenge in 2025 or so

I don't understand this. I thought it was quite boring for the most part. People couldn't pass vastly slower cars. That Albon train was ridiculous. Only Norris able to go for some passes now and then.

There were overtakes throughout most of the race, I also enioyed it far more than spain.

The midfield had loads of battles, DRS train or not. Stroll passed bottas on the finish line, that was pretty cool.

Not a lot of action in the top 6 though which is a shame.

18 of the last 19 races were won by RB…

I thought it was an ok race. We had 2 overtakes for 2nd place and single digit differences between the top places, not too bad.
