I was going to say the same about away games in extra time. I don't like that they count "extra". So glad Younes got it in after Viergever completely botching it (what can you really expect from a defender, lol).
These penalties. Besiktas - Lyon really taking it to the wire.
E: what a shootout! Lol!

What a crazy shootout, first 12 everyone scores, most of them almost perfect. Then 3 pathetic misses and finally Lyon moves on

Deserved win for Lyon imo. Besiktas players with the high elbows all game long, going to the ground for no reason, swarming the ref, the dirty play textbook, nice to see them out.

Schalke lol concede two goals with 11 vs 10
Anyway great to see a Dutch team in semifinals, grats Ajax
Also that Rashford goal is super sick

Not even mentioning the fact the Turkish supporters were whistling whenever any opponent had the ball? No class piece of shit team, I'm really glad they're out even though Lyon is a much more difficult opponent.

In other news, (apprently) the attacker on the Dortmund team bus is arrested. Police says he wanted to make the Dortmund shares go down in value and use this go make money for himself with some financial transactions.

There was this turkish taxi driver who asked Messi to take a picture of him with his favourite player Javier Mascherano.

Even if you totally disregard the harm done to human beings, there has to be some easier way to commit economical fraud. You don't have to get murder charges and start a country wide manhunt for some petty monetary gain.
If it really is just stock manipulation, the guy doesn't seem like the sharpest tool in the shed.

Champions League and Europa League draws are INCOMING!

Champions League Semi-Finals Draw
Real Madrid (ESP) v Atlético (ESP) Monaco (FRA) v Juventus (ITA)
Winner of game 2 will be home team in final
|
Perfect draw if you don't like Real haha. Home game first, and vs Atletico. Atletico vs Juve could be a bit boring for a final though, Real vs Juve would be more entertaining.
|
Monaco has a shot if Higuain stays true to his tradition to not score during big games. Though it will be their first time against a team playing defensive and they're the cleear underdogs.
