Plenty of teams that can beat United, especially as United are still splitting their focus between the league and the Europa league. One of those teams is ajax which have been hitting peak form (sadly) at the best time possible. They are in the same position as United, but point loss against psv (*fingers crossed*) during the weekend may make them shift all their focus towards the Europa league in which case fatigue will not affect them at all.
I think Mourinho gave up on 4th in the league they need huge miracle really as they have the hardest fixtures left of all the sides in the top 7. Anderlecht tomorrow home Burnley Away (who lost 2 games at home all season) Man City Away Swansea home (fighting for relegation future) Semi Final Europa Arsenal Away (fighting for top 4 as well) Semi Final Europa Spurs Away Southampton Away (easiest fixture left) Palace Home (Palace might still be fighting relegation) I mean thats a tough run of fixtures as Burnley whilst probably safe is still a tough place to play away from home. Now he rested Ibra vs Chelsea, straight up rested him but he found that he actually has a good front pair in Lingard and Rashford so be interesting to see how they set up on Thursday. But i would think the calibre of player they have at there disposal should be more than enough to get through what is left. Avoiding Besiktas in semi final is the one i would say as they are just mad xD Personally I find the away game against MC will be the deciding factor on what United will put their focus on for the remainder of this season. Because given the current standing, from United point of view that's a 6-point game right there. If they win it, I think Mourinho will be placing top 4 above Europa. Other than MC, the trip to White Hart Lane will be the only other challenge in my opinion. I don't think Arsenal players give a shit anymore.

^ while Allegri is a good coach, I think it has more to do with Juve growing every year since they're back in first division. Conte was already doing an excellent job. And now they have financial power (enough to spend 90M€ on Higuain :D).
Sad game yesterday. Barça was playing well, it wasn't missing much to score the 1st and bring some craze into the game. It was over in Turin :-( Overall, Juventus deserved to pass I guess, but the difference wasn't of 3 goals.
Now I'd put them as the favorite to win it all. I think it's going to be tough for Atletico or Real to score a lot of goals against them, while they have very talent players up front (damn Cuadrado, why didn't you buy him Barça!). I think Monaco reached their limit but who knows, they have 0 pressure now.

I think Tuchel wanted to tire out Monaco the first half and then sub in fresh Dembele in the second half to let him explode fully against a tired Monaco side

If Tuchel sees some pattern there and for example expected some kind of approach from Monaco, I can very easily see Dembele no being ideal piece in starting 11.

I think yesterday was a good show how "good" neymar is. Ofc CR7 isn't good anymore in 1v1 situations but he made dani alves clueless for ~8 years. alves had no problem vs neymar yesterday and last week. I will never think that neymar peak > cr7 peak will happen.

Was nice article on Ronaldo by Gary Neville yesterday saying how Ronaldo going to prolong his career by switching himself to a goal poacher striker. Says he thinks he will beat Pele's goal scoring records and appearances etc due to how fit he is and how much he will be suited to a goal poaching striker role. Basically where he finished the Bayern game as, out and out number 9 making near post runs and scoring headers all inside the box etc.
I felt like telling him this is where i played him on FIFA for years :3

Yesterday wasn't Neymear peak though i think he means peak age. neymar is definitely at his peak in terms of age and ronaldo eclipses him in peak performances so far. ronaldo may not be on quite the same level as messi but theres still a reason why ronaldo is the only one to be considered messi's rival

Well they have United to thank for that haha. Juventus is financially healthy, but they can't compete with the likes of Barca, Madrid and the EPL. It will be tough for them when their backline gets too old and will take a while to build it back up again.

They still have decent young talent in Buffon to hold the backline together even if Chiellini and co are aging.

Pandehype into desaster feels like a rather common theme.

and now 3 games are matching their first leg results... triple overtime would be fun.
