I was very much in the camp of he's too old and won't cut it in the Premier League. I have to admit both him and Rafa Benítez I have been wrong about this year. This weekend might have been cruical for La Liga.

3-2 Everton after 40. Then finish 4-2 Everton. Leicester 5 game win streak? or 6 is over. They did rest a few players (or injured?) before the Atletico game

This weekend might have been cruical for La Liga. I think Zlatan is both the savior as well as the bane to United's success. As much as I appreciate what he's done for the club, I personally hope he'll leave by the end of this season. It's for the betterment of the club as a whole. Our results have pretty much aligned with Ibrahimovic's performance, which if you ask me, is a horrible way to move forward. Take Tottenham as an example, despite Kane being a scoring machine as he is, he's been pretty much out on injury for a better half of the season (to date at least). Still they somehow managed to find their own way to the back of the net with Son, Alli, and Erikssen to a certain extent stepping up with goal after goal. United needs something like that to be able to compete with other top 4 contenders, let alone the championship. And we'll never be able to do that with Zlatan around because the team has to play around him too much. I'm not saying that without Zlatan, the like of Rashford or Martial would be consistently netting 20+ goals per season. But I'm pretty certain that with Zlatan, no one else will be able to.

I'm not saying that without Zlatan, the like of Rashford or Martial would be consistently netting 20+ goals per season. But I'm pretty certain that with Zlatan, no one else will be able to. im of the opinion that zlatan should stay until his standard drops to a point where hes actually just not good enough. i dont think theres anyone who could actually replace the void left by him at the moment; martial and rashford clearly arent ready to lead our attack every game and rooney hasnt even been a shadow of his former self, and theres no one in the market who would fit really well and would also be able to move immediately. while true that the team does play around the pogba/zlatan duo, this is true for every team with star players. tbh our current predicament is due to the massive amount of easy chances that players (zlatan included) have missed, not because we are too reliant on zlatan to put every one of his chances away. pogba, mkhi, rashford, mata, martial could all have at least 5 more goals each if they had put some of the chances they had away and zlatan could also easily by top scorer already. of course you could say this for a lot of players on a lot of teams, but my point is goal scoring in man utd isnt the sole burden of zlatan. many other players get a number of good chances, they just havent been good enough to put them away when we needed it.

Also, I think Pool and City have pretty clear ways to strengthen their game next season and Tottenham has been a bit unfortunate with Kane's injuries too. They all have good chances of being stronger next season. Meanwhile where is ManU going to go with the present system? Are they hoping that Pogba and Mkhitaryan improve and Zlatan can somehow keep defying the odds for one more season?

We all know Yanited going to blast alot of money again and Mourinho always goes with trusted players who can do the job in which we know Kane can do this in the premier league. Spurs with new stadium being built wont be able to refuse the big numbers again and maybe Kane will get turned who knows.

We all know Yanited going to blast alot of money again and Mourinho always goes with trusted players who can do the job in which we know Kane can do this in the premier league. Spurs with new stadium being built wont be able to refuse the big numbers again and maybe Kane will get turned who knows. Griezmann has been rumored to either ManU or Chelsea. I've got the feeling that Kane is quite happy in Tottenham, but who knows if that even matters. I'm not sure if ManU has anything else to offer than extra cash for them compared to their present teams though. They may not be playing UCL next season and not necessarily considered title favourites either. Maybe Griezmann wants to try playing PL, but he has probably got some decent options outside ManU too. The team is obviously iconic, but at the same time they're running something like 4th mediocre season in a row now and I don't think Mou's star is shining as bright as it did a few seasons ago either. I guess it has to be the money talking.

Pochenttino as well is going to be favorite for any next top job position that is open in the world of football soon due to what he has done. Real Madrid / City / Yanited / PSG wil all through some money at him and will he stay at Spurs? He supposedly has rejected the Barcelona job citing that he is Espanyol through and through which is fair enough but i don't think he would reject Real Madrid if they came calling. But back to the players i can really see Yanited throwing money at Kane as he is a Mourinho style striker for sure, big tall guy, pace and strength to hold the ball up. Greizmann like you say is incoming probably to Yanited but he aint no striker in England, he is just a solid attacking winger.
