what a meandering mess this is. Jones tested +ve for turinabol metabolites in August and September and didn't inform CSAC. They then went to CSAC and got his license re-instated. "Perhaps the ultimate irony in this story is this: Nevada was informed of the August & September + test on 12/6. No one informed Calif. Jones has a hearing on 12/11 in Calif. in order to get off the suspension list (and get a temp license in Cali) & ultimately be licensed in NV..." California was "plan b" all along.

I'm unsure what this tweet is suppose to mean. Do we care who these 3 individuals are? Are we going to get our pitch forks and attack them now?

JBJ and Roger Clemens look like they went to the same acting school.

Most champions defend their belts at most 2 times a year, and it usually goes around 8-10 months between each. How is 3 not good enough? I thought he didn't want to defend the LHW belt anyway and just prepared to one big fight (and 1 or 2 title defence inbetween) before retiring.

Man, not sure what to think about a rematch after a performance like that, but who else is out there for Nunes to fight. Maybe a rematch against Shevchenko at Bantamweight next? Both their fight went the distance and now that she also has a belt of her own it could be a nice fight, they will probably want to give both a title defence first tho.

I know Shevchenko arguably won their second fight, and both matches were close contest, but i think the size difference will still be a too big factor to overcome. But who else for each of them, Flyweight is still an empty category right now, and Nunes cleared Bantam. And any excuse to see more of Shevchenko's technique is good enough.

I think it's too many belt vs belt fights, like I don't know what exactly happened with the women's divisions, but they sort of all died in the last 2 years. Featherweight has like 3 competitors, Cyborg was probably going to leave UFC due to that. Bantamweight the top contenders are well... Disappointing. Holly Holm is still up there with losing almost every fight, GdR #1, eh... Flyweight Jessica fucking Eye might fight for the belt says it all. Strawweight probably the best division in terms of talent, Tatiana and Nina are both relative up and comers on a rampage, Andrade had developed herself well, you have the excitement of Dern, and a big name in JJ for others to fight. I'm thinking that the superfights place too much emphasis on the champions, and then nobody is looking at the contender fights for the division and what it'll mean for the future title shots. With Amanda fighting Cyborg, the other fighters in the division knew it'd be a year at least before she would defend the belt... And then one of your best fighters going down in weight class, another two having fought in other weight classes... Anyway, focus on the individual weight classes. Get Amanda to fight Ketlen, have Holm rematch GdR, and get the rest of the division to put a lot of fights in and bring a couple new girls to grow the division. You can't just rematch a superfight fight, it puts everything on hold for too long, especially with a result like that. I think Cyborg needs to bang out two wins, probably one not for the belt, and the 2nd fight for a vacant against belt another girl who won first last fight. I don't have a strong opinion of Nunes getting stripped or not, I think she needs two defenses in 135 first, and in my opinion if there 145 belt isn't defended for 12-15 months it won't be a big deal because there's so few fighters there.

I don't think Dern has more than 1 or 2 more fights at Strawweight, she barely made weight once and failed by a long shot the second time. Other than that, there are a lot of matches in this division, starting with Andrade for the title to unlock more match-ups down the line.
