![]() 1 Season in last 5 he hasn't hit 30goals that is pretty darn impressive. Would like to see another striker doing that which isn't Suarez (not counting Messi/Ronaldo ofc) Benzema as example; ![]() Plus kid offers more, you see his Uruguay performances when he plays LW and played LB for most of the game etc. I think he works well like that.

And that record is decent sure he was top dog at Napoli and certainly a top 5 striker then but hes surely not one now. He could skate into most top 10s (not mine, but tahts just stylistic preferance) but hes definately not a top 5 striker. Nor is that a top 5 striker record.

Pep is not successful in any shape or form because he ALWAYS underachieves with the batch of players he has at his disposal. Uhhh ok. You mean like winning 6 trophies in a season with players no one even knew about and didnt really consider any good ? Is underachieving Or you mean like getting a stacked Madrid team and winning 1 cup and 1 league title while burning all bridges to said team is not underachieving ? Not sure how you made it, but ummm blanket statements like that really just look stupid. Spare me the bewildered jingoism. (sorry I cant really sugar coat it). You can really take any parameters and you will find that both managers are in similar stead. If anything Pep also introduced a brand of football the world is trying to mimic to a great degree. Something Mou does not have on his CV + Show Spoiler + his skills are of a more pragmatic nature and just as impressive even though I am personally not a fan) oh and please never ever tell me who I can put in the same boat or not. The fuck do you think you are ?

![]() You are comparing a seasoned coach with a huge resume, with obvious successes and failures to a coach that has never even reached his expectations with only 2 senior teams managed. Enough said. Who am I? Someone that doesn't get mad like a stupid little kid lol

If that's underachieving in your eyes then you don't really know what you're talking about and you're not giving Pep Guardiola enough credit. One can make the same kind of arguments about Mou's career since he left Inter. His time at Madrid wasn't great and his new Chelsea term isn't great either. Yeah he won the league last year with the by far best squad. The year before he didn't win anything. Also bombed out of the CL pretty fast. Not to mention having 70% of the football fans hate you doesn't help.

Then he went to Bayern, which is a whole different culture, probably overestimated himself a bit, but he's not underachieving there either. It was just impossible to match up to a year they went and won the treble. Other than that, he's doing what's expected of him. Win the league and be a factor in the CL. Not to mention having 70% of the football fans hate you doesn't help. Why are you even bothering bro. He didnt even address any parameters. Just the same vague seasoned coach vs failure coach statement with more words. Its like listening to Donald Trump, "93 million people employed in the US" type jargon. + Show Spoiler + (for referance that would mean half the people in the US, more than Greece) No standard, no parameters for why the comparison is apparantly unwarranted. Just some hot air and "u mad bro" commentary. You dont debate people like that. And no I'm not mad at all. I just wanted to ensure that it was acknowledge, I dont appreciate being told what to do, on the internet no less. It was a bit of an afterthought since it has nothing to do with football. Considering your response to my mentioning them in the same breath seemed like I had insulted your family or something I felt I should be as firm. As it stands "someone who doesn't get mad like a stupid little kid" is not a satisfactory qualification. Im sure your great at not getting mad like a stupid little kid, but you have displayed little evidence to suggest you know anything about the game either.. errmmm lol ?

Do scouts have that much power and for that matter faith ? It's hilarious if it's true. The De Gea thing is surprisingly fishy considering Romero's semi flub. Edit: United just made a statement that they would be happy to keep De Gea if the transfer fails.
