Now if Sir Alex can work his magic and poach this amazing coach, I'll be so happy even if United doesn't make CL next year. Impossible. Pochettino just signed a new contract extension 2 weeks ago lasting till 2021. Given the relationship between Spurs and Man U, there is a higher chance of Giggs winning Euro 16 as a player with Wales this June.

He VERBALLY agreed that deal nothing has been signed ![]() Yanited are the biggest club in England, 3rd biggest in the world, they defo have a huge ass pull. Why else would Poch be meeting with Fergie and why would Spurs be answering the press "we are aware the Poch was speaking with Sir Alex" #DRAMA!

Some examples are Carlos Queiroz (didn't make the cut at RM or Iran ), Rene Meulenstein (RU club that I can't remember and Fulham) and "Wally with the brolly" during his England stint. Still Pochettino got Spurs into the CL, from a personal perspective if I was in a similar position I would stick with Spurs.

The official activities leading up to the 66th FIFA Congress in Mexico City started with a two-day inaugural meeting of the FIFA Council, the supervisory and strategic body that sets the vision for FIFA and global football. The FIFA President opened proceedings with a comprehensive report on his activities since the last FIFA Executive Committee meeting in March, most notably his visits to a number of Member Associations around the world and meetings with FIFA’s commercial affiliates. Regarding the bidding process for the 2026 FIFA World Cup™, the Council agreed on a four-phase process: a new strategy and consultation phase (May 2016 – May 2017), enhanced phases for bid preparation (June 2017 – Dec 2018), bid evaluation (Jan 2019 – Feb 2020) culminating in a decision in May 2020. The consultation phase will focus on four areas: • The inclusion of human rights requirements, sustainable event management, environmental protection in the bidding • Principle of exclusion of bidders that do not meet technical requirements • Review of the current stance on joint bids • Number of teams www.fifa.com
