So BVB got a new manager, has kept all of its important players, added Castro, Weigl, and Bürki, are getting Jonas Hoffmann back from loan, and are getting rid of some dead weight (most likely Ramos, Immobile, Leitner, and Jojic and Langerak has already been done). Now all we need is a quality striker and things are going to look a lot more positive than they were a few months ago.

But Chelsea going to bid £11million for Wembley to have for 3 seasons i think it is or might be per season didn't check. To compensate Wembley for the loss revenue they would have, Tottenham were only bidding £5million or something.
So it looks like Chelsea prefer to go Wembley than Twickeers
