France vs. Germany setting up for epic match next round, I think I would have them as the two best teams (I think France is better than USA). If not yet convinced of this german team. Before the sweden game, they havent showed anything to make it look as if they could reliably beat another contender (the game vs ivory coast doesnt allow any conclusions). It might be that the sweden game was a positive exception, instead of the games vs norway/thailand being negative exceptions. However purely based on talent, I agree that germany/france/usa should indeed be top 3. Too bad they are all in the same half of the draw, I guess FIFA wanted to avoid canada being eliminated early and the final matches being played in half-empty stadiums. Canada might still lose to switzerland though, even though they should be the better team under normal cirumstances.

FIFa can't predict the outcome of group stages -.- There is a bit of merit though here, since FIFA placed the top seeded teams for this tournament in their specific groups--for marketing/locations reasons apparently, including Germany, France and US (#1,2,3 in FIFA world rankings), and all three of them won their groups as expected, resulting in all three on the same side of the draw.

I watched about 10 minutes of it and tried to enjoy it, but it's too hard. Can't they design the wheelchairs in a way where you could take a shot in the direction you're facing? Something with a mechanism that allow you to release some kind of spring-loaded weight? Having to spin the way too bulky chair around takes out all the fun. I mean something like this, maybe some of you remember this game from pre-computer era:

Feel like Norway should have more though. They've controlled the play so much better
