Bundesliga is also averaging 4 goals/game this week. It's a fucking shooting gallery.

Grr this is how you play vs Chelsea now. Sit back and counter us with a 10 men behind ball job and hope your striker and set pieces are enough. Chelsea not making the right decisions yet and are getting a bit loose with shooting from distance.
I think second half Catermole will tire and will be more space for Cesc and Hazard/Oscar/Willian to try and find Costa.

Isn't that exactly what Chelsea did in their CL-winning season?

Lol you wouldn't expect it but Bayern were the ones who had a tough game and only won 1-0

30 goals and counting from only the 7th game this matchday. Two games left. If no goals were scored for the remainder of the weekend we'd still be averaging almost 3.5 G/G. Fuckin' crazy.
Edit: 31 now.

Strong performance from Sunderland.

sunderland taking turns now

booo...chelsea sucks... boooo!!!
i think o'shea got lucky, he could have been sent off. i guess sunderland did well to frustrate the heck out of chelsea. in fact, they prolly came the closest to scoring with that attempt that hit the crossbar.
13 games unbeaten though.

Thats how you should play when you know the team like the ball to play in behind you. Sit back bring them on and stay disciplined. Exactly how you should play if your attempting to play for a draw or nick a 1-0 win. Well done Sunderland, abused the fact of 7 days to prepare and at home.
Dropping points isn't as bad when you have the lead at the top and also is nice because Mourinho will get them going again for next league game xD

13 games unbeaten though. So could Costa for throwing an arm at Wes Brown but whatever. Sunderland could've won it late through Johnson. Really close. But Chelsea maintain their unbeaten record and it still looks like it's going to take a massive throw for them to drop the games required not to win the league.
i have to agree with the commentators point about the "elbow"
paraphrasing here:
"there was no malice in it. he was looking at the ball when he went for the header. if there was malice, he would have clenched his fist. most players can't help it"

Well if you look at Chelsea this season all our games we have had like 70% possession plus lol. Don't think you can do that if he plays /10 at back all time? xD
But i dont mind there is nothing wrong with doing that, shows tactical prowess over idiots like Wenger or Rogers who think they can play through every team in the world everyday week in week out. There is a reason why Barcelona don't go unbeaten every season, it is due to it is impossible to play the way they have too week in week out.

mourinho is pragmatic. in the PL now, he has the best team, and Chelsea has been dominating most of their games. Last season and well, for most of his manager experience with the exception of real madrid, he has frequently faced teams more stacked than his own, and in those games he adjusts his tactic accordingly.. I'd expect chelsea to have a more defensive mindset going against any of the other top dogs in the CL, but in the premier league they are generally going to be dominating games and scoring quite some goals.

Real Madrid with a winstreak of 16 games. They are just unbeatable at the moment.
