If any German player could win it, it would be Neuer. That said, Robben should definitely make top 3. Best player on Bayern and singlehandedly got Netherlands third place at the WC. I bet Germany couldnt've won WC if they had another GK instead Neuer. Sure that was collective football but Neuer saved Germany's ass countless time.

Of course we only know one version of the story but even though I don't like Mandzukic as a player that much (mostly because he seems overly aggressive) I really appreciate players who have an opinion. Which isn't even the case for Iniesta. Plenty of names on there purely on reputation, since they didn't really stand out this year. My thoughts when I read that list. Give it to Ronaldo, complete the top 3 with robben and a third one.

No need to be so venomous, and I dont think anyone takes the big list to seriously. In a WC year players who score goals or make their countries get deep will always get the nod in the list. If anything its kinda the top 3 that matter for those who care and Ronaldo is up there, Robben maybe second and the thirds a toss up. Maybe Neuer.
