Supposedly she is behind re-appointing Mourinho and the transfer business all the way back to the Torres deal (not her finest hour that, but I suppose this past Summer makes up for that some). There was some articles on it in the guardian or the telegraph, I can't remember. Yeah which is your typical bollocks story. She is just been on the board unofficially for the past like 4-5 years or whenever it has been because she was Roman's advisor. Ron Gourlay and Michael Emenalo deal with transfer business and no one else. Now however it will straight up be Michael Emenalo making the contacts im pretty sure. Unless Bruce Buck steps in, i highly doubt she will get involved in that aspect. She will just be in charge of keeping tabs on our FFP and our stadium plans. Her and Bruce are now in the Ron Gourlay role and Purslow is the marketing director basically.

Hm, i thought this would be Simone for sure to be honest. Winning la liga against Real and Barca, few seconds away from winning the CL title with Atletico are huuuge achievments if you ask me. Mourinho got it in 2010 followed by del Bosque, although he won all titles with inter that year.

I still can believe what he accomplished with a cheaper team that all his rivals. But as Pandemona sais he probably won't win it.

And furthermore reaching the Champions League final after 40 years with Atletico. I still can believe what he accomplished with a cheaper team that all his rivals. But as Pandemona sais he probably won't win it. The Coaches award is even more stupid then the players because you cant ever see how much influence the coaches really had. Like Löw or Ancelotti, did they a great job? For sure but they also coached great teams so were they better the the 15th placed league team with no money? As for the players what are Iniesta, Hazard and James doing there? James had like 3 good WC games but yea beeing overpriced for 60 Million seems to help. Where the fuck are Reus and Hummels? In my opinion Lahm should win because he was a robot in 2013 and lead the WC winner but it will be Ronaldo or Ibra because they sell more stuff.

Lahm will probably go down as the worst captain in German history. What has he done except wear the band? Each time you saw the team down or struggle which of the players pushed them up, made them go forward? Schweinsteiger. Extra time - who held the speeches? Schweinsteiger Who took the ball when nothing was happening? Who sacrificed his whole body for his team. The answer to all these questions is never Lahm. Sure Lahm is consistent as hell but he is no captain. Lahm as a captain is the biggest joke of the Löw era.

I could actually see Messi miss out this year. I read somewhere that Messi wasn't even included in the shortlist for la liga player of the year

That said, Robben should definitely make top 3. Best player on Bayern and singlehandedly got Netherlands third place at the WC.
