Too bad we let in 3 versus Rijeka haha... Granted, van Beek wasn't playing that game. I thought 1-1 was a fair result ultimately. Chelsea once again playing too conservatively once they went up a goal. With United's horrid defense I think Chelsea could have put the game away fairly easily if they were a bit more honest in attack. They've been a lot more attacking this year on the whole but still play very conservatively against the big teams. | ||

The majority of the game only saw a few chances and then Bayern dominating possession but doing nothing with it. That's incredibly boring. It got exciting in the 2nd half once the game opened up and Gladbach started getting possession. And yes, an elbow to the face in the penalty box is a penalty. | ||
