On the other hand, this Lakers roster was put together by slapping together players who fit into their current plan to have max cap space next year. Limiting themselves to players who won't make an impact on the books over the next two years significantly restricts what players they can go after and obtain. This isn't a roster designed with the purpose of giving D'Antoni pieces that fit well together and will be successful. It's an attempt to do the best they can while scraping the bottom of the barrel. There can be no comparison with the Spurs.

All Dantoni's good for is fantasy This is true, and Avery Bradley/Sullinger both made huge leaps as well. I just really hate how Green is allowed to shoot 15 times a game still.

I only felt he forced some at the end when he was gassed. For the most part he was taking good shots, and he clearly has no problem passing out of the post. In his two games he's gone for 8 and 10 then 15 and 9. He was better on defense tonight as well. Still not good, but there was improvement.

I can almost see why the ref called the first technical, but he needed to realize that dwight saw him and was throwing the ball to him. It's a different story if they don't look and then throw the ball somewhere out of bounds. Regardless, those 2 points didn't matter much in the end in regards to the game. Miami had a comfortable lead going in to the final stretch. Those calls were more of a testament to how shit some NBA refs are.

Personally I'd be more scared of Memphis, if they're healthy. They look to be in the same position as last year (scary team with a chance of upset in a series).
